The only ministry I do is when I hear God ask me to do something. Which is few and far between.SteVen, what kind of ministry are you in? Are you a Pastor or elder? Can you give example? There was one the disciples couldn't heal Jesus told them why. So are we talking about healing? Also, I was shocked to find out it is my responsibility to call the church and elders for them to anoint me with oil and to pray the prayer of faith. Also that it provides forgiveness of sins.
James 5:14-15 (KJV) Is any sick among you? let him call for the elders of the church; and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord: And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up; and if he have committed sins, they shall be forgiven him.
So, nothing official at this point. I'm not burdening myself with ministry.
I was never a Pastor. Although I had a Pastor that said I could do it.
Mostly because of my ability to teach adult Bible classes. I also did prison ministry for a few years.
I was elected to Elder in the church I grew up in. I learned my lesson. I'll never do that again. (God willing)

Theoretically, unbelief will thwart anyone from being helped. If it is healing you are talking about, let me ask you a question, can an individual receive healing if they really think it was for the 12 chosen and not for them? If the faith to believe is missing shouldn't we ask as this man did to help his unbelief?
Mark 9:24 (KJV) And straightway the father of the child cried out, and said with tears, Lord, I believe; help thou mine unbelief.
I think Jesus helped his unbelief.
Realistically, God can heal whomever and whenever He pleases.
But if I interviewed someone for prayer and they said they didn't believe healing was for today,
I would hold off unless God was pressing me to move forward.
Good questions, thanks.
For those interested, we should talk more about the methodology of prayer ministry.
I mentioned the interview above.
