The Bible tells us that certain things will take place, in line with the lawless one. Matt 24:12 tells us that lawlessness will abound and the love of many will grow cold. An indication of total rejection of God's authority. 1 John 3:4. But those who endure to the end will persevere in the face of coming persecution. Persecution, not just for those who live a worldly lifestyle but also for the body of believers.

This is very interesting in the context of what is happening today. I think we have seen a transition from open dialogue and tolerance for different beliefs and views to an intolerant and hate against certain beliefs and views.

We have seen the social experiment of secular ideology play out and after some time we are also seeing the damage done. More importantly how the reality of this in a lie and people don't like that.

Which I think puts people into a corner. You either double down on the lie or you acknowledge the truth. As this is a spiritual battle over who is the god of this world and our lives as far as people wanting to live how they want.

Then this will cause a conflict between the truth and lies. Now that those lies are being exposed it is causing a reaction. I think this was the threshold or line that was crossed in the last couple of decades. Almost as though the year 2000 was the line into a new century.

A core tenet of the secular ideas was that all and I mean all beliefs were acceptable and should be allowed to be expressed in the public square. But as we have seen lately certain beliefs are gradually not being allowed.

What I have noticed that the level of emotion and reaction has gone from tolerance and even "good for you for believing in God and we all have a right". To almost violent reactions, screaming out any words about Christ or the gospel. Its way more a reaction than warrented.

We have also seen death threats and actual murder of people speaking such words and a large number supporting violence as a means of stopping other beliefs.

This is beyond emotion and rational thinking and I think is spiritual. Spiritually demonic that it provokes such base reactions that seem to rise up from the pits of hell itself.

What I think is the sign or fruit of this spiritual battle is if you flip this demonic reaction to its opposite you exactly get Christ. Love your enermies and even sacrifice your life for them rather than wanting to get rid of them. This is Christs power and truth that can defeat this. Its the only thing that can.

I had a demonic recurring dream last night that I want to share and wonder if anyone has had similar experiences.

First, it was a lucid dream; I was ware that I was dreaming.

Second, it was dark, a void. From the deep an orange-reddish light appeared and grew to consume my field of view but as it grew from a pin sized light, I observed a face, a being with a consciousness. The face was simultaneously scowling and beckoning me. The malevolent scowl was very obvious and I believe I’ve become more sensitive to this malevolence as my spiritual journey, walk with Christ has matured.

Third, as I took in the scene, I felt I was being tempted to know this malevolent being more - out of a sense of curiosity. An appeal to pervert my God-given desire to know. I suddenly felt the Holy Spirit (or Guardian Angel) by my side urgently guiding me to reject the demon’s invitation. This is the most important part of the dream.

Fourth, simultaneously the being disappeared, the darkness returned and I woke up, aware the demons are always seeking to cause me to backslide but mostly outside my level of awareness. I believe the dream was a gift from God; the demons don’t want me to have any awareness of their machinations. They’re powerless against my divinely inspired moral agency, forever rejecting their plots and intentions.

As this is a recurring theme in your dreams, God has been trying to reveal something very important to you. Humble yourself in His sight, and be willing to hear Him as to what this warning is about. Be careful to lay aside your own assumptions and rationalizations, as this will hinder your ability to hear Him. He has your best interest at heart. THE VERY ONE that the earthen had been patterned after, BUT NOT THE TRUE ONE ITSELF .
