1 John 3:
[9] Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God.
1Jo 2:11
But he that hateth his brother is in darkness, and walketh in darkness, and knoweth not whither he goeth, because that darkness hath blinded his eyes.

These are the two commandments.
Love God. Only those who are born of God can truly love God.
Love your neighbor.

Lev 19:17
Thou shalt not hate thy brother in thine heart: thou shalt in any wise rebuke thy neighbour, and not suffer sin upon him.

Is it a SIN to rebuke thy neighbor?

NKJV

‘You shall not hate your brother in your heart. You shall surely rebuke your neighbor, and not bear sin because of him.

Holding onto hate in your heart is the Sin.

Mat 5:23
Therefore if thou bring thy gift to the altar, and there rememberest that thy brother hath ought against thee;
Mat 5:24
Leave there thy gift before the altar, and go thy way; first be reconciled to thy brother, and then come and offer thy gift.

Be angry and Sin not.

Psa 7:11
God judgeth the righteous, and God is angry with the wicked every day.

So being angry is not an unforgivable sin, it is a trespass against another.
Forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us.

Hate or holding on to hate so that no forgiveness or mercy can be found in it, aka darkness, no light,
This is Sin.

And the Sin is not against another, but the Sin is in your own heart and it must be plucked out.

So whosoever is born of God cannot Sin, because we have no room in our heart for hate.
We can be angry and Sin not through reconciliation or rebuke.

And forgiveness is key.
You can be angry and Sin not by and through forgiveness.

Luk 6:37
Judge not, and ye shall not be judged: condemn not, and ye shall not be condemned: forgive, and ye shall be forgiven:

Forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us.

Hugs

DO YOU SIN???

Romans 7:19-24

19 For the good that I will to do, I do not do; but the evil I will not to do, that I practice.
24 O wretched man that I am!
Again the request is :-
Please list the verses where Jesus through Paul taught that CONFESS SINS is a requirement of salvation today ?

I wasn’t asking what God knows.

You were talking about unforgiven Sin.

What Is the Sin you are talking about?
For starters almost 30,000 posts here.

Matthew 12:36-37
36 But I say to you that for every careless word men may speak, they will give account of it in the day of judgment.
37 For by your words you will be justified, and by your words you will be condemned."

Paul and John clearly confessed their sins. They were saved sinners. They said so!

Why won't you tell us if YOU sin???

So if I am angry with someone and I pray, Lord I am angry with my neighbor but I forgive him.
Then by my words will I be justified.
However, If I pray, Lord I hate that person and I will never forgive them.
Then by my words I will have condemned myself.

I have Bibles.

Why quote me Scripture, rather than answer what what you believe sin is?

Is sin, kicking a person?
Is sin, lying to a person?
Is sin, not obeying Mosaic Laws?
Is sin, not going to church?
Is sin, spanking your child?
Is sin, mowing grass on Sunday?
Is sin, eating pork?
Is sin, cheating on a test?

What is sin, that you belief must be forgiven?

Again you deviate from the question which I will answer when you are polite and respectful enough to answer mine.

Gee, I wonder why you won't tell us if you sin.

You remind me of this guy.

Luke 18:10-14
10 "Two men went up to the temple to pray, one a Pharisee and the other a tax collector.
11 The Pharisee stood and prayed thus with himself, 'God, I thank You that I am not like other men--

Ecc 8:12
Though a sinner do evil an hundred times, and his days be prolonged, yet surely I know that it shall be well with them that fear God, which fear before him:
Ecc 8:13
But it shall not be well with the wicked, neither shall he prolong his days, which are as a shadow; because he feareth not before God.

What is the difference between the sinner and the wicked?

If you're sinless you should write your own bible. Paul wasn't sinless and he wrote more Books in the Bible than anyone!

No hurry, take your time :)

Jas 5:20
Let him know, that he which converteth the sinner from the error of his way shall save a soul from death, and shall hide a multitude of sins.

There is this conversion...
Mat 13:15
For this people's heart is waxed gross, and their ears are dull of hearing, and their eyes they have closed; lest at any time they should see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and should understand with their heart, and should be converted, and I should heal them.

Mar 4:12
That seeing they may see, and not perceive; and hearing they may hear, and not understand; lest at any time they should be converted, and their sins should be forgiven them.

Act 3:19
Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord;

Can one be unconverted?

And what is the result of this conversion?

Does one remain a sinner after they have been converted?

I never claimed to be expert, but I have learned to recognize hypocrites.

13 And the tax collector, standing afar off, would not so much as raise his eyes to heaven, but beat his breast, saying, 'God, be merciful to me a sinner!'14 I tell you, this man went down to his house justified ...

Paul and John confessed their sins. I highly recommend it before it's too late.

Pay attention:

1 John 1:8-10
8 If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves,
and the truth is not in us.
9 If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
10 If we say that we have not sinned, we make Him a liar, and His word is not in us.

Sin is not merely “bad things,” Taken. I’m sure you remember all of Jesus’s “But I tell you” statements concerning things like murder and lust. All sins are matters of the heart, not the outward acts. Consider that Jesus said the two great commandments are, in order… you know this… to love God with all your heart, soul, mind and strength and to love your neighbor as yourself, and that on those commandments hang all of God’s law. So with that in mind, I’ll ask you a rhetorical question: Do you perfectly love ~ again, in order ~ God and your neighbor? And this love, as you know, I’m sure, is far, far greater than some kind of warm fuzzy feeling… I mean no, you don’t, and neither do I nor does anyone else. In this life we never do. So we are really always sinning. One day this will no longer be the case… in eternity… but for now, in this life, no. Everything we do, even good things, is stained with sin. We need perpetual repentance and forgiveness. We need Christ. But the great thing is that if we confess our sins, God is faithful and just to forgive. One day we will be changed, and we will be just like Christ. Right now, though, we are being made that way. And hey, we can live now as if we are, because it is an absolute certainty. He Who began a good work in you will ~ will, not “might” ~ bring it to completion at the day of Christ (Philippians 1:6).

Grace and peace to you.

Just pulling 'Christians' out of the fire. Why does that upset you?

Jude 1:22-23
22 And on some have compassion, making a distinction;
23 but others save with fear, pulling them out of the fire,
