Article begins.... Many Americans may have lost faith in organized religion, but according to recent data, they still love the Good Book... I would look for many unique viewpoints to arise outside of the structured doctrinal walls.

Scripture can make you part ways with church
Jesus has called me to certain church's to teach and correct their ways. I've asked God why these churches and He showed me the Holy Spirit needs to be in His Church. Ephesians 1:22-23. God places His chosen ones in these church's as well as Angels. Rev. 1:20

The Discipline of God

3 For consider Him who endured such hostility from sinners against Himself, lest you become weary and discouraged in your souls. 4 You have not yet resisted to bloodshed, striving against sin. 5 And you have forgotten the exhortation which speaks to you as to sons:

“My son, do not despise the [c]chastening of the Lord,
Nor be discouraged when you are rebuked by Him;
6 For whom the Lord loves He chastens,
And scourges every son whom He receives.”

7 If[d] you endure chastening, God deals with you as with sons; for what son is there whom a father does not chasten?

8 But if you are without chastening, of which all have become partakers, then you are illegitimate and not sons.

9 Furthermore, we have had human fathers who corrected us, and we paid them respect. Shall we not much more readily be in subjection to the Father of spirits and live? 10 For they indeed for a few days chastened us as seemed best to them, but He for our profit, that we may be partakers of His holiness.

11 Now no [e]chastening seems to be joyful for the present, but painful; nevertheless, afterward it yields the peaceable fruit of righteousness to those who have been trained by it.

Scripture…Has a Step by Step instruction…

Follow THIS Way…
And become Made WITH God Forever.

Follow THAT way…
And become Made Separated From God Forever. <—-> no doubt, THAT way has some serious unpleasant consequences.

Glory to God,
Taken

Since Covid and teh revelation of the scandals of the prosperity gospel, there is a huge group of people known as "done" Christians. It simply means they are done with church because they got so burned. They love God, but are hindering themselves because they have isolated themselves from a belieiving body of believers.

Right. The "done's" don't tell others about Jesus either. They just don't do Christ's command to witness.

The church is the Body of Christ so if reading God's Word makes one to depart from the Body of Christ they must be readying one of them fake modern versions such as the "queen james so called bible" or the gay friendly NIV

The print is so small I can't read them in a actual bible so a PDF version has been very helpful for me.I downloaded one the other day after trying to read the bibles I have.

https://csbible.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/03/CSB_Pew_Bible_2nd_Printing.pdf

This bible version omits the second part of Romans 8:1 so it's a fake bible

Here's how Romans 8:1 actually reads in the KJV as in the majority text

Romans 8:1
There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.

CSB version says:

Romans 8:1
Therefore, there is now no condemnation† for those in† Christ Jesus

It leaves out "who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit" so their editors are deceiving people by refusing to put in all the Lord said

This leads people to believe they can walk after the flesh (live in sin) and there not be any condemnation for doing so.

That's doctrines of demons right there

They just don't do Christ's command to witness.

And many do witness and people continually tell them they don't want to hear Jesus.

Most don't want to hear about Jesus because they've been told God only wants to save a few (calvinist cult doctrine) and they likely wouldn't make the cut anyway so why should they bother.

And others see people claiming to be "christians" living in sin so they assume Christianity is just another scam and they aren't interested.

They should care if they fear going to hellfire. That is the main reason why they don't want to listen, they do not fear God's judgement of them, nothing to do with Calvinism. Most I have spoken with think they are good enough for heaven, God is Love, and even though they know they are not perfect or sinless, God will accept them as is, and hell is only for really bad people. They also dont want to be one of those 'weird Christians'.
