Life in some form probably does exist on some of those planets.

But they're never going to visit us, and we're never going to visit them. The distance between us is prohibitive. Traveling fast enough to make the trip within a lifetime... traveling that fast would kill whatever was onboard.

If some "aliens" show up claiming to be from outer space, I think we'd better check very closely to make sure they didn't come from under our own ocean, or underground.

Sure Republicans are not perfect.....put who is. And politics in general is a self-serving game of power and deception. For that reason the only thing that matters is what they do.....what they promote.....how they vote.
Do they include God in their campaign and lives. Or are they atheists, queers, transexual, and rapists, child molesting, baby murdering druggie scum that think freedom means low life criminal activity......that pretty much defines the democrats.
That is why I say it is a sin for a Christian to vote for a democrat.
I am a lifelong educated theologian and I have done some of my own research. And my ministry focuses on false beliefs and Christian social constructs. As part of that research I would travel around to different churches, different denomination and listen and ask question.
One of my questions was, how can a Christian justify voting for a democrat? The answers were somewhere between sad a silly....
A. My family has always been democrats.
B. Democrats are for the working people.
C. Democrats are popular in my area.
D. I am on welfare.

All pretty much silly.
The next question, can you tell me something that the democrats do that supports Christianity and morality?

How could aliens build a spacecraft that could make the journey from the outside universe to our solar system? Even if they did it would be a one in a trillion chance of them finding us in our lifetime.

We earth-bound humans cannot understand how ET aliens could build a spacecraft that could travel light years to arrive at
Earth.

But if the space aliens are 80 trillion times as intelligent as humans, they could figure it out. Or they might have other means of moving from one galaxy to another, like interdimensional travel technology, or something infinitely beyond our imaginations.

It is easy to dismiss UFOs and ETs as fake, delusions, or demons.

Since the Bible seems to be silent on this topic of intelligent life beyond the confines of Earth, we cannot be certain. We can only guess.

However, if space aliens are here and they start telling us a new gospel, promoting an atheistic philosophy, or presenting a new theology, we will know they are servants of the infernal dark powers, and not neutral or attuned to the divine.

My reservation about them is I cannot understand why advanced intelligence beings would bother with visiting us, unless they see us as food or toys to play with. We would be so boring and primitive to them.

Think of it, we have nothing to worry about invasion or even a war with China or Russia.
A. More than any other country, nearly everyone here is armed, so invasion would not work.
B. As far as knowing how to use a weapon, more than most countries....hunting is a sport here.
C. Major war....nuclear weapons....nuclear weapons are 50's technology....we have much better weapons. We can turn off or destroy all electrical devises.....cars, computer, weapons, lights, from the air, reducing them to 1800's.
We can make them schizophrenic from the air. (We did that down in Venezuela.) Covid 19 was a Biological weapon but we have better.
So as it sits right now, in a war China and Russia would starve and run out of gas pretty quick.

Who knows what their stockpile is, so I cannot debate that.
But considering how Russian has done up against the small country of Ukraine, we do not have much to fear. Afghanistan kicked their tail and Ukraine is doing a good job.

I have not heard of anyone saying they were made in God's image and how does that equate to us finding them first?
