I watched the Disclosure Day movie. It was pretty much a waste of my time, as its lengthy tirades of trying to appeal to one's emotions just doesn't work on this old man like me.
In an interview, Spielberg revealed how he has always been enthralled with the prospect that aliens exist. In Close Encounters of the Third Kind, that movie appealed to one's emotions just about the mere existence of aliens. But Disclosure Day takes it another step forward, the Church's recognition that aliens probably exist, spotlighting the Roman Church which the pope has sided with dreamers like Spielberg. And what is most troubling about that, they raise the idea that one's Christian Faith can be destroyed by the mere existence of aliens, since the Catholic Church believed from their historical start that this earth is the center of the universe, and that we are alone.
Is Spielberg just furthering his own 'personal' beliefs with this new movie, or is he also being nudged by higher powers over this earth sitting in government posts that are preparing to expose an alien threat like ex-President Ronald Reagan suggested possible at a U.N. address?
Either or, doesn't matter, because what GOD SAYS IN HIS WORD is what matters, not what men say. And what does God's Word reveal about this matter of aliens?
THERE ARE NO SUCH THING AS ALIENS IN GOD'S WORD.
Oh, but to get around that is easy, because (spoiler alert) one of the Catholic nuns in the movie suggests that GOD was speaking only about things involving His creation of the 'earth', and not the rest of the universe. Her suggestion was that GOD may have a plan for 'other' civilizations on other planets that He did not speak of in The Bible. But isn't that just another way to trick you into believing that aliens really do exist??
Shape shifting, the movie admits, with (spoiler alert) the experience of the little girl with aliens appearing as animals in her bedroom. These alien bodies supposedly retrieved at Roswell, etc., with big eyes, small bodies, etc. Why couldn't those be shape-shift illusions to fool one's sight also?? Whitley Strieber in his book Communion, made into a movie with Christopher Walken, at one point saw the aliens as one shape, and then changing to another shape, when he asked who they really were. Strieber then said something like, "You're not going to let me see who you really are, are you?"
Occultists that have conjured up demons using ceremonial magic (events described in books like The Secret Teachings of All Ages by Manly P. Hall), mentioned about shape-shifting and their appearing in the form of animals inside the magic circle created on the floor.
What I see, is that today's world is being prepared by Satan's host on earth that have already been at work for centuries, to experience the warning Lord Jesus gave that the days of His 2nd coming would be like the days of Noe (Noah), they were eating and drinking, giving and taking in marriage, until the flood came and took them all away. I see the casting out by the war in Heaven of Revelation 12:7 forward being about Satan and his angels being cast down to earth in OUR earthly dimension, for the very END of this world, and that... is what the "great tribulation" will be about, to deceive the world in order to capture souls for Satan.
