Paul is talking about divisions in the church caused by people claiming to follow different leaders, as though they taught different things.

When ever someone is recommending that everyone do something that he is invested in, then we must be suspicious.
That is a conflict of interest.

i am not an expert but I have read many times it can be tracked when off. as for the insurance companies they can request the cars "black box" that indicates all the cars driving parameters. for a certain duration. I was surprised to see cars have them also..
