My mom will be flying at the Chicago Airport this week alone. I just want her to find her flight and have safe trip coming and going. She has only flown out of a small and medium Airport before. I want her to not miss it and get lost or anything and for her safety. She also has leg issues and will be transferring to other flights. I don't want her get flare ups and be in pain. I worry about her. Thanks.

You might check on this for her return flight to see if the local airport and also Chicago airport has a passenger assistance office.
Some airports will provide wheelchair transport to and from the gates during transfers between flights. And out to the car once arrived at the passengers destination.
