In my experience, both sexes are prone to bad driving due to emotions - but not equally. Women tend to be erratic from more frequently due to anxiety of traffic, weather, construction, etc. However, men often drive way more aggressively.

Therefore, if statistics are available, women‘s driving may reflect quick lane changes in fidgeting in one lane. Not sure how likely that leads to accidents. Men, on the other hand statistics are bound to show are much more prone to high speed crashes.

How many women have won the F1 title?
None. The competition is open to women and there have been female drivers in the past.
Men are just better drivers.

I'm sorry ladies, I love you but it's true.
There is a reason why a woman has never won the F1 championship
You can't base anything on that. More men like to drive with a heavy foot. It's more about preferences and interests where that is concerned.

There are more licensed female drivers in the U.S. than male drivers. But men nonetheless drive far more than women each year.

A disproportionate share of fatal traffic accidents involves male drivers, particularly when speeding or alcohol use is a contributing factor. Overall, male drivers were involved in over 72% of fatal car accidents in the U.S. in 2023.

Key insights
Licensed female drivers have outnumbered their male counterparts since 2005. In 2022, there were just under 119 million licensed female drivers and over 116 million licensed male drivers.

On average, men drive about 16,550 miles and women around 10,142 per year, which is 39% fewer miles than men.

In 2021, men purchased more new cars than women. However, women held a slight majority of used car purchases.

Male drivers account for about 72% of fatal car crashes in the U.S. Also, they are far more likely to be drivers in fatal crashes that involve speeding or alcohol use than women.

Although you didn't cite the source, that statistic matches my experience.

Another good statistic.

I forget the source but someone analyzed IQ of men and women and found a similar conclusion to driving. While the average is about the same, women are more consistently in the middle. Variation is found in men; the best and worst dominated by men. Men dominate the board room and prison.
