I'm not American so I don't understand this.
Can someone please explain what is going on here. Is this a court room?
Is Fauci being prosecuted?
Why is Fauci allowed to not answer these questions?
What is this 5th amendment excuse that he keeps using to avoid these questions?
Why isn't he obliged to answer these questions?
Why is he getting away with this wickedness?
Whats the use of such a trial if he can get away with not answering these questions?

Hi AoG- great questions. Very recent-It was just the day before yesterday.
It was a hearing.
He was pardoned by ole Joe Biden and his auto-pen for his actions from
2014-2025.
That is criminal right there.- but we are told it's too complicated to change........
However, Fauci
could still face charges for any actions since that pardon, such as perjury if lawmakers were to argue he lied while testifying.
So he took the 5th-- of course. The part of the 5th amendment he
abused was to cite the amendment’s self-incrimination clause, which protects you when accused of committing a crime from being forced
to testify against themselves.
You asked-- "why is he getting away with his wickedness" The simple answer is Biden's auto pen pardon. The other answer is satan runs the show here.
Supposedly- they were hoping he would reply so they could charge him with something he said since his pardon is not in effect now.
He could be held in contempt. Will see.
He could be prosecuted by the states, individually. Will see.
He should at least have his tax paid pension removed- don't hold your breath.

THE pattern is-- that when the left is in control - people are censored, doxxed, lose jobs, cancelled, indicted, prosecuted, repeatedly sued, imprisoned... if they go against the left narrative.
But when the right is in control-- all I ever see is a "sternly worded letter" sent or a public verbal hand slap. The right always seem so helpless- but somehow, the left never is.
Since the right is in charge now- nothing will happen to him or anyone else. They collude.
In order to take the USA down to fit into the new world order- the Constitution has to appear to be broken and useless. And IT IS broken and useles
s when people with no morals abuse it.
We see that daily- whether it be shootings, riots, "peaceful" protests, blatant immoralities, racism, infiltrations, invasions, fears, IT is ALL orchestrated.

He spoke truth.
In a nutshell that's what we are seeing every single day. The "people" who don't see that- clamor for CHANGE. That is exactly what they want to happen. They create a crisis and then provide the solution- and the clueless and godless say- Amen.
The Unites Nation's plan is to
change the globe, it's working. so the system can't work as it should. Otherwise- why change it?
Capitalism is being abused and then attacked purposefully and made to look horrid-
as if there is a better option-- and people who don't think critically- go along with the media- and scream for socialism, which is merely a precursor to global governance. this is by design.
We are systematically being taken down as a nation from within and and so is your country... The USA is tougher to change due to our Constitution, so we are hit harder.
Every institution is involved.-- Appearing to unravel-
so they can rescue us.. Will the people go along- YES.- Many will.
We already see the Trump TDS-ers who actually took the experimental shots that he warp sped. Does that makes sense? No and don't expect it to. People are being led and they are following. They use fear and they use guilt and manipulation. They stage protests and cause riots and shootings etc and then the people CLAMOR-
Help us gov- fix this! Create a crisis--offer the solution. it's been going on a long time.
