Flat earther, he asked for scriptures that state demons are disembodied spirits of drowned giants.

Instead, you linked to a thread of Christadelphian posts.
Why are you offended by someone's faith and belief that God knows exactly how He created the earth and that He stated it plainly in Scripture? If you believe the scriptures are God-breathed, God-authored ...then there is no mistake or man's filter on how His Word was written.

Well, we have to play detective here to properly assess.

Let's begin with what the Bible does tell us = Genesis 6:1-4

Now when men began to multiply on the face of the earth and daughters were born to them, the sons of God saw that the daughters of men were beautiful, and they took as wives whomever they chose.

So the LORD said, “My Spirit will not contend with man forever, for he is mortal; his days shall be 120 years.”

The Nephilim were on the earth in those days—and afterward as well—when the sons of God had relations with the daughters of men. And they bore them children who became the mighty men of old, men of renown.

These angels that rebelled, where were they placed when God sent the Flood? = Jude 1:5-6

But I want to remind you, though you once knew this, that the Lord, having saved the people out of the land of Egypt, afterward destroyed those who did not believe. And the angels who did not keep their proper domain, but left their own abode, He has reserved in everlasting chains under darkness for the judgment of the great day;

What does that leave us gentlemen?

That leaves us with the evil spirits of the Nephilim that drowned.

The Nephilim are neither angel nor human but a hybrid species.

Being a evil hybrid they could not be allowed in paradise where the saints went before the Cross.

Neither were they sent to the grave where the souls of the unsaved currently are.

They roam the earth until the Second Coming.
I agree with you but scripture doesn’t specify.

Agree - that's why i said we have to assert detective work in the Scriptures.

We know the facts, for we can read them, as we just did.

Fact #1 = fallen angels come to earth

Fact #2 - they take human wives and cohabitate producing the Nephilim/Giants/Men of Renown

Fact #3 - this wicked offspring is neither fully angel nor fully man

Fact #4 - We KNOW where the fallen angels who did this currently are = in chains in the depth of the earth

Fact #5 - We know where the pre-Cross saints went to = Paradise

Fact #6 - We know that the unsaved are not in paradise but in darkness waiting for the GWTJ

Fact # 7 - JESUS cast out demons/evil spirits and this continues.

Fact #8 - Where did the spirits of the Nephilim go???

Did you and @Brakelite forget that Sin came into the world from a Spiritual being???

Now the serpent was more cunning than any beast of the field which the Lord God had made. And he said to the woman, “Has God indeed said, ‘You shall not eat of every tree of the garden’?”
Ummm, where have I suggested otherwise?

i'll have to go back and look at your posts.

Been a loooooong HARD day at work, so maybe tomorrow.

Thank you for praying for my son Daniel = keep praying
Just to clarify, I understand well that sin began in heaven itself with Lucifer, who stood closest to the throne of God. A war of polemics ensued, with Lucifer seeking worship and the top job. This hasn't changed. Satan still seeks worship, and will eventually receive it from all whose names aren't written in the Lamb's book. He even had the a audacity to claim worship from His own Creator.
I believe deception will play a massive role in the last days, with demons walking the streets as men, and sitting at government tables as invited guests. Aliens. With messages of encouragement and direction. Do this or else type messages. Not direct threats, but warnings of existential collapse of humanity, must as many environmentalists are preaching. All preparatory.

So the LORD said, “My Spirit will not contend with man forever, for he is mortal; his days shall be 120 years.”
Side question....does this mean Noah had 120 years to build the ark or mans life span would be limited to 120 years?

I always went with time to build the ark.

Satan will be worshipped for a time but every knee will bow and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord

I always went with time to build the ark.
Theological Convention often asserts itself when the Bible doesn't specifically state something. See these notes -

The Bible never directly states how long Noah spent building the Ark.
Everything you’ve ever heard—120 years, 100 years, 75 years, 50 years—comes from interpretation, not an explicit verse.
Below is the precise breakdown of what Scripture does say, and how scholars derive the common estimates.

1. No verse says “Noah built the Ark for X years.”

There is no passage in Genesis 6–9 that gives a construction duration. The Bible only gives Noah’s age at key events, not the length of the building project.

2. The two key chronological markers

Genesis 5:32

Noah was 500 years old when he fathered Shem, Ham, and Japheth. This tells us when his sons began to be born.

Genesis 7:6

Noah was 600 years old when the Flood came. This gives a 100‑year window between the birth of his first son and the Flood.
But: The command to build the Ark (Gen 6:14) likely came after his sons were grown and married, so the actual construction time must be less than 100 years.

⏳ 3. The “120 years” question (Genesis 6:3)

“His days shall be 120 years.”
Two interpretations exist:
  • Lifespan limit — God reduces human lifespan.
  • Countdown to judgment — God gives humanity 120 years before the Flood.
If it’s a countdown, then Noah could have begun building anytime within that 120‑year period. But the text does not say that Noah built for all 120 years.

4. Scholarly estimates

Because Scripture is silent, scholars reconstruct a plausible timeline:
  • 50–75 years — Most modern scholars and technical analyses (based on manpower and ancient tools).
  • Up to 100 years — If Noah began soon after his sons were born.
  • 120 years — Traditional view interpreting Genesis 6:3 as a countdown.

5. Summary Table

ViewBasisEstimated Time
Traditional 120‑year viewGenesis 6:3 as countdown120 years
Genealogical windowNoah 500 → Flood at 600≤100 years
Most scholarly estimateSons grown + ancient labor limits50–75 years

Bottom line
The Bible never states the construction duration.
The most defensible modern estimate is 50–75 years, but the traditional 120‑year view remains common in preaching and older commentaries.

If 120 applies to post Ark lifespan how do you explain :-
