He makes it up as he goes. He is the one with "the revelation.' The rest of us (including the Apostles, the early Church fathers, our Protestant forefathers, and all the colleges) are stupid, ignorant and blind. Talk about pride. Ironically, the same poster cannot support any of his man-made doctrines with Scripture. Check back on this thread. He is a self-confessed theologian. He is a know-it-all. He believes his own résumé.

How do you change someone like that?

LOL I do not think you guys believe the Bible is made up.
You just do not pay attention.
Not provide scripture.....I am trying to get you to read scripture instead of cherry picking, read the whole story.
And I do not have a doctrine. That is the difference between me and you guys.....I do not have a doctrine to defend, I just point out the truth from the scriptures.
How do I change someone that is so hard headed.

From a different source

Why Prophecies Are Often “Cherry-Picked” from Scripture

Prophecies are sometimes “cherry-picked” — taken out of context or selectively quoted — because of human tendencies, theological disputes, and the complexity of biblical interpretation.

1. Selective use to support a point
When people “cherry-pick” a prophecy, they focus on a single verse or detail that fits their argument while ignoring other parts of the passage or other scriptures that provide a fuller picture. This can distort meaning and lead to misapplication. For example, quoting a verse about judgment without considering the surrounding context of love and mercy can create a misleading impression

2. Contextual challenges
Many prophetic passages are symbolic, historical, or tied to specific cultural and historical settings. Without proper interpretation, these can be misunderstood. Some symbols are left unexplained, and the same imagery can have different meanings in different context. This makes it tempting to isolate a “highlight” verse and treat it as a standalone doctrine.

3. Theological and doctrinal disputes
Disagreements over topics like grace, faith, works, or moral issues often lead to selective quoting of prophetic or legal passages. For instance, someone might quote a passage condemning certain sins to support a strict view, while ignoring other passages that emphasize grace and mercy

4. Human desire for comfort or certainty
People often prefer passages that align with their current beliefs or desires, even if they conflict with other clear teachings. This is similar to “selective listening” in Scripture — hearing only what fits and ignoring what challenges comfort zones

5. Misunderstanding of the Bible’s unity
Some believe the Bible is a complete, unified message, and that every part matters. Cherry-picking can be seen as ignoring the “entirety of God’s word,” which Scripture itself calls “profitable for teaching, rebuking, correcting, and training in righteousness” (2 Timothy 3:16–17)

6. Historical and cultural factors
The division of the Bible into chapters and verses was designed for study and teaching, not for isolated “fortune-cookie” quotes. However, over time, some have used these divisions to pick out single verses to support personal or group agendas

In summary:
Prophecies are cherry-picked when taken out of context, misapplied, or used to support a narrow view while ignoring the broader message. This happens due to human bias, the complexity of prophecy, theological disputes, and the desire for comfort. A faithful approach is to read and interpret prophecies in their full context, considering the author’s intent, the surrounding passages, and the overall biblical narrative.

Every believer, both Jew and Gentile alike, get all the promises made to Abraham and Israel? That’s great, I would agree with that.

Yes, I agree with you on this also, there is a correlation between the dimensions of New Jerusalem and the Holy of Holies. It’s a perfect cube.

I had one person try to tell me that New Jerusalem is in the shape of a pyramid, saying a pyramid can also have equal length, breadth, and height. He went on about the Jews building the pyramids in Egypt before the exodus and how God gave them that design but I didn’t agree with any of what he had to say.
In fact i would also say that any jew or gentile that denies JESUS is THE SON OF GOD the CHRIST of GOD
THEY ARE NOT INHERITORS OF THE PROMISES of ISRAEL .
JESUS warned even the jews about His coming .
HE warned even them that ma ny would come from the east and west and etc
and sit down in the Kingdom with abraham and etc
AND the unbelievers CAST OUT .
THE ISRAEL OF GOD . IS THE ISRAEL WHOSE FAITH BE IN THE SON .
I have others who are not of this fold and them must i bring also and they shall be ONE FOLD with one SHEPARD .
THE JERUSALEM of GOD is heavenly and is not in bondage as is EVEN TODAYS earthen jersualem .
FOR YE HAVE COME UNTO MOUNT ZION and the HEAVENLY JERUSALEM . OH ITS HEAVENLY ALL RIGHT
and its temple IS GOD and THE LAMB .
THERE will be NO access in for any unbelieving jew or gentile .
many jewish and many gentiles now do the work and the working of that which is of anti christ .

Now there is something called the living Bible. It is kind of like when you go to church and you feel the sermon was tailormade for what you are doing or what is going on with you. (Not that you guys go to church.) There are those that believe that a verse may be an epiphany for you. In other words God intend for you to ignore the hundred or so verses in a story and the singe verse or set of verses are what is important to you.

Now the messianic prophecies we are talking about are well known and very popular. And it starts very early in Christian history. The early writers believed they were accurate. Faith is a powerful thing and a very important thing. So I am not denying the faith factor. So if you believe these verses foretell of Yeshua.....to each their own.

Did early Christian writers believe the messianic prophecies were accurate?
Early Christians taught that the messianic prophecies of the Law, the Prophets, and the Psalms were fulfilled in Jesus Christ. Justin Martyr, Irenaeus, Origen, Tertullian, and later writers like Lactantius and Victorinus all argued that Christ’s suffering, death, rising, and glory matched what had been foretold. The strongest witness set is broad and repeats the same core claim from different authors and books:

The prophecies point to Christ, and their fulfillment in him proves he is the Messiah. Some cards are only indirect or repetitive, but the main teaching is clear and consistent across the selected early Christian writings.

For the Jewish-Christian----The Apostles the messianic prophecies were crucial because they were trying to over come the disbelief among the Jews. And for many modern Christians they are looking for proof. For me, I do not need proof, I have had so many miracles and angelic events that I don't believe, I know. So the New Testament is all I need.

Judgmental! Now that is the Christian spirit in action.

Understanding and Overcoming a Judgmental Spirit in Christianity

A judgmental spirit is not the same as healthy discernment. While Scripture calls us to be wise and discerning, it warns against hypocritical, self-righteous judgment that condemns others without humility or self-examination Jesus said, “Judge not, that you be not judged” (Matthew 7:1), but He also said, “First take the log out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to take the speck out of your brother’s eye” (v. 5) This means correction should come from a place of love, humility, and accountability, not pride or condemnation.

Why Judgmentalism Is Problematic

Judgmentalism can:

  • Damage relationships and create division
  • Stunt spiritual growth by focusing on faults rather than grace
  • Reflect pride or insecurity, often rooted in comparison, perfectionism, or fear
  • Harm the gospel witness when it becomes personal or self-righteous

Signs of a Judgmental Spirit

According to Christian teaching, warning signs include:

  • Acting as if you have authority to judge when you don’t
  • Treating opinions as facts without evidence
  • Presuming to know others’ motives
  • Focusing only on faults while ignoring greater personal sin
  • Spreading unverified conclusions to others
  • Pronouncing final judgment on people

How to Overcome a Judgmental Spirit

  1. Confess and Repent – Bring your judgmental attitudes to God in prayer and repentance (1 John 1:9)
  2. Practice Self-Examination First – Address your own faults before correcting others (Matthew 7:5)
  3. Use Biblical Declarations – Replace critical thinking with grace-oriented declarations like “I have the mind of Christ. I think with grace, not with criticism” (1 Corinthians 2:16)
  4. Focus on Love and Restoration – 1 Peter 4:8 reminds us, “Love covers over a multitude of sins”
  5. Seek Discernment, Not Condemnation – Use God’s Word to guide decisions, but do so with humility and love
  6. Cultivate Empathy and Compassion – Recognize that everyone is a sinner in need of grace.

The Christian Call

Christians are called to love others as they are (Ephesians 4:2), to seek unity (1 Corinthians 1:10), and to live in truth (John 8:32). A healthy Christian life balances discernment with humility, correction with compassion, and truth with grace. This is not a call to avoid all judgment, but to judge rightly in the Spirit—with love, humility, and a desire for restoration.

If you find yourself quick to judge, start with self-examination, then let God’s Word and the Holy Spirit guide your words and actions. Over time, you’ll replace criticism with kindness, and condemnation with grace.

And do the Jews not wisely, await the coming of the Messiah? In their hearts they have bowed to Him? And will tell you openly, they are waiting for the Messiah?
People that do not have Jesus Christ are not His chosen. I don't know where you're getting that from.

Favor with God can come only through Jesus Christ. He is heaven’s only means of access to God. Acts 4:12 says, “Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.”

This is God’s only way to heaven. Christ is the center-point of salvation. We therefore see that Christ alone is our only way of access to heaven. There is no alternative arrangement pertaining to race or any other distinction. 1 Corinthians 3:11 states, “For other foundation can no man lay than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ.”

Of course, Christ is the Rock that the believer stands on. He is the only spiritual foundation for man. Men either build their house upon that Rock or build it upon sand. Sand is self! A house properly built upon the Rock stands firm in the midst of the storm but the house built upon the sand falls apart. 1 Timothy 2:5-6 expressly states, “For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus; Who gave himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time”

This couldn’t be any clearer! There is no Plan B. There is no back-doors into heaven. There is no alternative salvation. There is no other means of man gaining favor with God! There is no other way to become a child of God. There is no other path to be God’s one of God’s elect.

John the Baptist proclaimed in John 3:36, “He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him.

There is nothing vague, ambiguous or complicated here. God only sees those in Christ and those not in Christ. There is also no room for fence-sitting here. If a Jew or Gentile (in the Old Testament or the New Testament) loves the Messiah Christ He is one of God's chosen, if he doesn't he is under the wrath of God. Simple!!! Basically: accept Jesus and God accepts you, reject Him and God rejects you.

Jesus said in John 5:23b-24, “He that honoureth not the Son honoureth not the Father which hath sent him. Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life.”

Ok, what does this mean? Simple: those Jews and Gentiles that don’t accept Christ, don’t accept the Father. Christ-rejecting Jews and Gentiles are therefore under condemnation and are of their father the devil.

I John 2:22-23 solemnly asks, “Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ (or Messiah)? He is antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son. Whosoever denieth the Son, the same hath not the Father: (but) he that acknowledgeth the Son hath the Father also.”

Q. Does Israel overwhelmingly deny “that Jesus is the Christ” or Messiah?

A. Absolutely. Therefore, Judaism without Christ is a counterfeit religion. It is apostate! Any belief that denies Christ His rightful place as man's sole Redeemer is destined for destruction. Anyone that rejects Christ (1) is antichrist, (2) belongs to Satan, (3) is part of the kingdom of darkness and is (4) bound for the Lake of Fire.

1 John 5:12: “He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life.”

The teaching of Scripture couldn’t be plainer: Jews who do recognize Christ as Messiah are saved. Jews who do not recognize Christ as Messiah are lost. The only chosen people that God knows and accepts are those that accept His Son. The rest are of their father the devil.

2 John 1:9: “Whosoever transgresseth, and abideth not in the doctrine of Christ, hath not God. He that abideth in the doctrine of Christ, he hath both the Father and the Son.”

If a sinner refuses Christ, he refuses the Father. This couldn’t be clearer in Scripture.

Jesus said in Luke 9:48, “whosoever shall receive me receiveth him that sent me.”

So, those that reject Jesus, reject salvation. Those that reject Jesus, reject the Father. Those that reject Jesus, are children of the devil. This is seen throughout the inspired New Testament account.

Jesus said in Matthew 11:6: “blessed is he, whosoever shall not be offended in me.”

We don’t need to speculate about what natural Israel currently thinks of Christ.

Jesus said in Matthew 12:30, “He that is not with me is against me.”

There is no neutrality with this Jesus. There is no room for fence-sitting when it comes to Him. You are either for Him or against Him.

Jesus said in John 15:23, “He that hateth me hateth my Father also.”

God does not separate His elect up, He unites them together in Christ. In fact, there is nothing more unbiblical in this new covenant period than trying to divide up the people of God on the grounds of ethnicity. That is spiritual apartheid and runs completely to the New Testament plan of God to bring Jew and Gentile together equally in Christ. The whole mission of Jesus Christ in introducing the new covenant was to unite Jew and Gentile in salvation. Nothing could be clearer in the New Testament!

Only wise Jews, called Christians or Messianic Jews are not waiting for their Messiah to come, but are waiting, like every other Christian in the world, for Christ, the Messiah to come AGAIN! Messianic/Christian Jews who have not already bowed to Christ as Saviour will openly tell you the Messiah has not yet come as Saviour and King, denying the Messiah sent to save them.
