2- little cinnamon
3- little milk
4. Two slices bread
5. Grilled
6, Little syrup

Sometimes I will grill seconds and thirds as this is really good.

It's only 5pm on a Tuesday, and I have decided to have dinner early so I can be up early to pray. This is what I made: cold beef sausage, pickled cucumber, boiled eggs, cherry tomatoes, and salmon with mayo and tomato sauce on the side. I might have an electrolyte/creatine drink to go with it. Light and delicious!

My family and I traveled to another city to watch a family member compete at the NZCMA (New Zealand Country Music Awards). We went to the Fat Dog cafe and bar for breakfast the following morning. I had the Greek breakfast.
Greek Breakfast
Greek-style breakfast with oregano & lemon fried eggs, grilled halloumi, handmade olive tapenade, mushrooms & spinach, marinated capsicum (bell peppers), and diced tomato salad. Served with toasted sourdough (V). I had it with a green kiwifruit/feijoa smoothie.
