Tares look very much like wheat, but they are not edible. Sowing tares onto a neighbor's wheat field is a dirty trick. The easiest remedy is to leave it alone until the harvest. The tares grow higher, making it easy to pluck and burn them first (Matthew 13:24-30).

Jesus ruling 1000 years is Revelation 20:1-7. It's in the Book.

The verse you cite (2Peter 3:10) is after the millennium. This fallen universe will be disposed and replaced.

"Synagogue" (Hebrew ביח כנסח) is a Jewish "House of Learning."

"Synagogue of Satan" (Revelation 3:9) is a "Satanic house of learning."

The verses you quote are at the end of the millennial reign of Jesus.
Amen! And without further ado, here they are:

Revelation 20:1-7 (KJV) 1 And I saw an angel come down from heaven, having the key of the bottomless pit and a great chain in his hand. 2 And he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent, which is the Devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand years, 3 And cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up, and set a seal upon him, that he should deceive the nations no more, till the thousand years should be fulfilled: and after that he must be loosed a little season. 4 And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and [I saw] the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received [his] mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years. 5 But the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years were finished. This [is] the first resurrection. 6 Blessed and holy [is] he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years. 7 And when the thousand years are expired, Satan shall be loosed out of his prison,

I agree! At the end of this (((TIME))) symbolized a/the (not one) thousand years, this earth and all it contains shall be burned up with the second coming of Christ. After this first heaven and earth have past there will be a new heavens and new earth wherein dwells righteousness. There will not be given another one thousand years of TIME after Christ comes again.

That's why it is written, that in light of all that shall happen at the end of TIME (symbolized a/the thousand years), here is how we should live during this age of TIME. Why? Because we look for new heavens and new earth, not more of the same for one thousand years.

2Pe 3:11Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness,
2Pe 3:12 Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat?
2Pe 3:13 Nevertheless we, according to his promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness.

Again, I agree! This is the age of time a/the thousand years where Jesus is reigning from heaven now and has been since He ascended there after His resurrection and was given dominion and a Kingdom that shall never be destroyed. If Christ were coming again to establish His Kingdom on this earth, it too would be destroyed by the fiery destruction that shall come upon this earth when TIME shall be finished. This FACT alone should prove to all who believe there will be another one thousand years of time on this earth when Christ comes the second time to usher in the age of eternal/immortal life upon the new earth is not true. What would be the purpose for another one thousand years of time after this age of time ends and the age of eternal/immortal life has come?

Da 7:13 I saw in the night visions, and, behold, one like the Son of man came with the clouds of heaven, and came to the Ancient of days, and they brought him near before him.
Da 7:14
And there was given him dominion, and glory, and a kingdom, that all people, nations, and languages, should serve him: his dominion is an everlasting dominion, which shall not pass away, and his kingdom that which shall not be destroyed.

That's true that 2 Peter 3:10 will be fulfilled after the millennium, but I know you are a Premil and you mean that you think 2 Peter 3:10 will be fulfilled 1000+ years after Christ returns. Paul wrote about the very same day of the Lord that will come unexpectedly as a thief in the night. Do you claim that the following passage will be fulfilled 1,000+ years after Christ returns, too?

1 Thessalonians 5:2 For you yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so comes as a thief in the night. 3 For when they say, “Peace and safety!” then sudden destruction comes upon them, as labor pains upon a pregnant woman. And they shall not escape.

Yes, for some it would be impossible to understand what is written in the Sacred Text, called Bible, without the writings of the unbelieving Jewish Pharisee and historian named Josephus. And that is true for those who believe the doctrine of Preterits. Try proving from the Word of God instead of outside unbelieving sources and you may come to discover what is written in the Bible does NOT agree with the writings of the unbeliever called Josephus.

Gog according to the Greek is defined as antichrist (against Christ). Magog according to the Greek is defined a foreign nation antichristian (against Christians).

According to Rev 20 when Satan is loosed after the thousand years expire, he gathers together Gog (humans against Christ) and Magog (humans against Christians) from the corners of the earth to encompass the camp of the saints (churches on earth) and the beloved city (spiritual Jerusalem from above of which Christians are) Rev 21:2. That's when Satan and his minions shall be devoured from the fire from God out of heaven.

Re 20:7 And when the thousand years are expired, Satan shall be loosed out of his prison,
Re 20:8 And shall go out to deceive the nations which are in the four quarters of the earth, Gog and Magog, to gather them together to battle: the number of whom is as the sand of the sea.
Re 20:9 And they went up on the breadth of the earth, and compassed the camp of the saints about, and the beloved city: and fire came down from God out of heaven, and devoured them.

And the devil (great dragon; serpent; Satan) which deceives the whole world will be cast into the lake of fire with the beast and false prophet to be tormented for ever and ever.

Revelation 20:10 (KJV) And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever.

Rev 20 makes no mention of Satan coming against the earthly city of Jerusalem after the thousand years expire. Jerusalem ceased being the holy city after the cross of Christ.

I find the end of the millennium events super exciting.

Revelation 20:7-10 tells us what happens when the thousand years are up. God lets Satan out of prison for one last time to test people right before the final great white throne judgment:

Revelation 20:7-10 (KJV) 7 And when the thousand years are expired, Satan shall be loosed out of his prison, 8 And shall go out to deceive the nations which are in the four quarters of the earth, Gog and Magog, to gather them together to battle: the number of whom [is] as the sand of the sea. 9 And they went up on the breadth of the earth, and compassed the camp of the saints about, and the beloved city: and fire came down from God out of heaven, and devoured them. 10 And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet [are], and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever.

When Satan is loosed for a short season, he goes right on back to fighting against God, trying to deceive people from all over the world. And yet again, some people are just so stubborn in their wickedness that they'll still follow him.

Note: I believe that when the text mentions "Gog and Magog" and “the four quarters of the earth," it isn't talking about the specific war in Ezekiel 38 and 39. Instead, it's just a way of saying everyone outside the Holy City, in every direction from Jerusalem. Keep in mind that this is happening at the very end of the Millennium, so we can’t mix this up with the Gog and Magog mentioned in Ezekiel 38 and 39, which happens before the Millennium. In this case, it just refers to everyone across the earth—East and West—spreading out from Jerusalem to all four corners of the world.

Once Satan has his followers surrounding the saints and the beloved city, Jerusalem, God sends fire down from heaven to destroy them and they‘re sent straight to the lake of fire. Then the devil is thrown in right after them, where he'll stay and suffer forever with the beast and the false prophet.

Read the text more carefully.

Revelation 20:7 Now when the thousand years have expired, Satan will be released from his prison 8 and will go out to deceive the nations which are in the four corners of the earth, Gog and Magog, to gather them together to battle, whose number is as the sand of the sea.

In this passage "Gog and Magog" symbolically represent "the nations which are in the four corners of the earth...whose number is as the sand of the sea". So, it's talking about all unbelievers in the entire earth coming against "the camp of the saints". How can that be talking about a literal battle within Jerusalem? How exactly would billions of people all travel to Jerusalem to attack it? No, Revelation 20:7-9 is a symbolic portrayal of the time period before Christ's return when Satan is allowed to deceive without any restraints, just as Paul writes about in 2 Thessalonians 2:3-12. And he will influence unbelievers to unite together in opposite to the church throughout the world. But, Jesus will put an end to that by bringing fire down upon them at His return, just as Peter prophesies in 2 Peter 3:10-12.

Satan and all his people are destroyed at the second coming.
2 Thessalonians teaches a lot on what happens at the second coming, as does 1 Thessalonians.
As does the Old Testament teach the fiery destruction of the people of the world on the Day of the Lord.

Malachi 4

“For behold, the day cometh that shall burn as an oven; and all the proud, yea, and all that do wickedly shall be stubble. And the day that cometh shall burn them up,” saith the Lord of hosts, “that it shall leave them neither root nor branch.

2 But unto you that fear My name shall the Sun of Righteousness arise with healing in His wings; and ye shall go forth and grow up as calves from the stall.

3 And ye shall tread down the wicked, for they shall be ashes under the soles of your feet in the day that I shall do this,” saith the Lord of hosts.

4 “Remember ye the Law of Moses, My servant, which I commanded unto him in Horeb for all Israel, with the statutes and judgments.

5 “Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the Lord.

6 And he shall turn the heart of the fathers to the children, and the heart of the children to their fathers, lest I come and smite the earth with a curse.”

2 thess 1
6 For it is a righteous thing with God to recompense with tribulation those who trouble you;

7 and to you who are troubled, rest with us, when the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from Heaven with His mighty angels,

8 in flaming fire taking vengeance on those who know not God, and who obey not the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ.

9 These shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord and from the glory of His power,

10 when He shall come on that Day to be glorified in His saints and to be admired in all those who believe, because our testimony among you was believed.

2 thess 2
Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and by our gathering together unto Him,

2 that ye be not soon shaken in mind or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as if from us that the Day of Christ is at hand.

3 Let no man deceive you by any means, for that Day shall not come, unless there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition,

4 who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God or that is worshiped, so that he sitteth as God in the temple of God, showing himself to be God.

5 Remember ye not that, when I was yet with you, I told you these things?

6 And now ye know what withholdeth, that he might be revealed in his time.

7 For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now holdeth back will hold him back, until he is taken out of the way.

8 And then shall that wicked one be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of His mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of His coming—

9 even him, whose coming is according to the working of Satan, with all power and signs and lying wonders,

10 and with all the deceit of unrighteousness in those who perish, because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.

11 And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie,

12 that they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.

13 But we are bound to give thanks always to God for you, brethren, beloved of the Lord, because God hath from the beginning chosen you for salvation, through sanctification by the Spirit and belief in the truth,

14 whereunto He called you by our Gospel, for the obtaining of the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ.

15 Therefore, brethren, stand fast and hold to the traditions which ye have been taught, whether by word or our epistle.

16 Now may our Lord Jesus Christ Himself, and God even our Father, who hath loved us and hath given us everlasting consolation and good hope through grace,

17 comfort your hearts and establish you in every good word and work.

Explain how Satan will accomplish getting people from all over the world to all travel to Jerusalem? The beloved city is not Jerusalem, it's the new heavenly Jerusalem (Hebrews 12:22, Revelation 3:12, Revelation 21:2) which represents the global church/body of Christ. It's talking about unbelievers being united against the church throughout the world before the return of Christ. It's talking about a time when Satan and wickedness are unrestrained just as Paul wrote about in 2 Thessalonians 2:3-12. That time will occur just before Jesus returns, not a thousand years after He returns. In the Premil view Satan is allowed two short seasons to wreak havoc on the earth (one before Christ's return and one a thousand years later), but scripture does not teach that.

I believe in a future millennium. The millennium will be another dimension than the one we live in now. Remember that at the 7th trump (the Day of the Lord) in the twinkling of an eye, we will all be changed into spiritual bodies.

1 Corinthians 15:51-53 (KJV) 51 Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, 52 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. 53 For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal [must] put on immortality.

That millenial reign of Christ on earth with His people is often portrayed as one of flesh and blood, a continuation of the people of this earth mixed with glorified christians with Christ reigning from Jerusalem over unbelieving nations.

Then His reign is ultimately a total failure, as Satan is released to deceive the nations again.

I reject that 'interpretation', cause Christ has been given all authority, and His reign is forever and ever and does not fail.
There are no unsaved people left to rebel, they were all destroyed at His return, and flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God on this earth, as it too passes away.

There is no evidence in scripture having that 1000 years reign on this old earth. Revelation never says that.

if you think about it, such an idea creates big conflicts with Christ's and apostles doctrines.

When Christ returns is the last Day of this old earth, the resurrection, and the judgement of this world.

John 6:44
No man can come to Me unless the Father who hath sent Me draw him; and I will raise him up at the Last Day.
John 11:24
Martha said unto Him, “I know that he shall rise again at the resurrection on the Last Day.”
John 12:48
He that rejecteth Me and receiveth not My words, hath One that judgeth him; the Word that I have spoken, the same shall judge him in the Last Day.

Acts 17
30 The times of this ignorance God overlooked, but now He commandeth all men everywhere to repent,

31 because He hath appointed a Day in which He will judge the world in righteousness by that Man whom He hath ordained. Of this He hath given assurance unto all men, in that He hath raised Him from the dead.”

1 Peter 3
21 There is also an antitype which now saves us—baptism (not the removal of the filth of the flesh, but the answer of a good conscience toward God), through the resurrection of Jesus Christ, 22 who has gone into heaven and is at the right hand of God, angels and authorities and powers having been made subject to Him.

````````````````````````````````
Satan is a defeated enemy, at the return of Christ is his final judgment when all are judged.
And Christ is God. He comes in His own Glory and the glory of the Father and all the holy angels are with Him
Luke 9:26
For whoever is ashamed of Me and My words, of him the Son of Man will be ashamed when He comes in His own glory, and in His Father’s, and of the holy angels.
Matthew 28:18
And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth.
```````````````````````````````````
If that is true, then why does Satan still have power and allowed to deceive people after the Day of judgment?

4 For certain men have crept in unnoticed, who long ago were marked out for this condemnation, ungodly men, who turn the grace of our God into lewdness and deny the only Lord [b]God and our Lord Jesus Christ.

Old and New Apostates

5 But I want to remind you, though you once knew this, that the Lord, having saved the people out of the land of Egypt, afterward destroyed those who did not believe. 6 And the angels who did not keep their [c]proper domain, but left their own abode, He has reserved in everlasting chains under darkness for the judgment of the great day; 7 as Sodom and Gomorrah, and the cities around them in a similar manner to these, having given themselves over to sexual immorality and gone after strange flesh, are set forth as an example, suffering the [d]vengeance of eternal fire.

The Day of judgment of this world and age is the coming of Christ, a second time

The Son of Man Will Judge the Nations

31 “When the Son of Man comes in His glory, and all the [c]holy angels with Him, then He will sit on the throne of His glory. 32 All the nations will be gathered before Him, and He will separate them one from another, as a shepherd divides his sheep from the goats

Okay, Scott. Let’s start with what happens at the 7th trump. I’ll let you go first. Give me your answer.

Okay, Scott. Let’s start with what happens at the 7th trump. I’ll let you go first. Give me your answer.
  • The Nature of the Change (1 Corinthians 15:51–52): You quote the "last trump" and the twinkling-of-an-eye change, but miss the implication of your own text. Paul states that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God (1 Cor. 15:50). If flesh and blood cannot inherit it, then a multi-century earthly political kingdom populated by surviving, unregenerate, flesh-and-blood mortals contradicts the very transformation you cite.
  • The "Last Day" Resurrections (John 6:44, 11:24, 12:48): Notice how Jesus anchors the resurrection and the judgment of the world specifically to the Last Day. There is no scriptural gap inserting a thousand-year earthly mortal regime after the final judgment of the world.
  • "The 7th trump marks the mystery of God finished and the final resurrection and judgment of the world (Revelation 10:7, 11:15–18; 1 Corinthians 15). How do unregenerate, mortal human beings survive the terminal judgment of the 'Last Day' to populate an earthly millennium?"

All are raised on the Last Day, some to life, some to damnation and everlasting contempt

John 5
24 Verily, verily I say unto you, he that heareth My Word and believeth in Him that sent Me, hath everlasting life and shall not come into condemnation, but is passed from death unto life.

25 “Verily, verily I say unto you, the hour is coming and now is, when the dead shall hear the voice of the Son of God; and they that hear shall live.

26 For as the Father hath life in Himself, so hath He given to the Son to have life in Himself,

27 and hath given Him authority to execute judgment also, because He is the Son of Man.

28 Marvel not at this; for the hour is coming in which all that are in the graves shall hear His voice

29 and shall come forth — they that have done good, unto the resurrection of life, and they that have done evil, unto the resurrection of damnation.

30 “I can of Mine own self do nothing. As I hear, I judge; and My judgment is just, because I seek not Mine own will, but the will of the Father who hath sent Me.

Jeremiah 23:39-40

39 therefore behold, I, even I, will utterly forget you, and I will forsake you and the city that I gave you and your fathers, and cast you out of My presence.

40 And I will bring an everlasting reproach upon you, and a perpetual shame which shall not be forgotten.”

At the final end this

Daniel 12
1 “And at that time shall Michael stand up, the great prince who standeth for the children of thy people; and there shall be a time of trouble, such as never was since there was a nation, even to that same time. And at that time thy people shall be delivered, every one who shall be found written in the book.

2 And many of those who sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some to everlasting life, and some to shame and everlasting contempt.

3 And they that are wise shall shine as the brightness of the firmament, and they that turn many to righteousness as the stars for ever and ever.

Matthew 13
36 Then Jesus sent the multitude away and went into the house, and His disciples came unto Him, saying, “Explain unto us the parable of the tares of the field.”

37 He answered and said unto them, “He that soweth the good seed is the Son of Man.

38 The field is the world, the good seed are the children of the Kingdom, but the tares are the children of the wicked one.

39 The enemy that sowed them is the devil, the harvest is the end of the world, and the reapers are the angels.

40 As therefore the tares are gathered and burned in the fire, so shall it be at the end of this world.

41 The Son of Man shall send forth His angels, and they shall gather out of His Kingdom all things that offend and them that do iniquity,

42 and shall cast them into a furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth.

43 Then shall the righteous shine forth as the sun in the Kingdom of their Father. Who hath ears to hear, let him hear.

````````````````````````
They are separated the just from the unjust, and the just shine forth as the sun in the kingdom of their Father
Sorry but they just don't mix together, that is not allowed by God.
Textual anchoring of the scripture, synchronized from John 5, Daniel 12, and Matthew 13.
Look at how neatly that locks down the truth:
  • The Simultaneous Resurrection (John 5:28–29): All who are in the graves hear His voice and come forth at the same time—some to life, some to damnation. There is no thousand-year intermission or separating chasm of time between the righteous and the unrighteous.
  • The Harvest Separation (Matthew 13:39–43): Jesus explicitly defines the harvest as the end of the world, where the tares (the wicked) are gathered and burned in the fire first, and then the righteous shine forth.
  • The Finality of Daniel 12:2: Multitudes waking at the same time—some to everlasting life, some to shame and everlasting contempt.
"They are separated the just from the unjust, and the just shine forth as the sun in the kingdom of their Father. Sorry but they just don't mix together, that is not not allowed by God."
That completely obliterates the idea of a mixed, mortal-and-glorified earthly kingdom where Christ rules over unregenerate rebels for a thousand years, text that cannot be easily swept under the rug.
I’ll ask again: What happens immediately when Jesus returns at the 7th trump? Just one sentence will do nicely. Thank you Scott. I really appreciate what you’ve already written above, but I’m trying to make a point regarding the Millennium.
Revelation is not written as a single book in a perfect linear progression of time. Revelation shows the end multiple times, then goes backward in time to expose different details, but it is all about the same final climactic event of the second coming of Christ.
"and He shall reign forever and ever!”
When you believe in a 1000 year early millennial reign of Christ on this earth, with glorified resurrected believers and the wicked and unbelieving remaining side by side on this earth, then you do not proclaim the above.
Satan is released again to deceive, and all the nations rebel again against God. That reign of Christ ends in failure. That interpretation is a lie.
What happens immediately when Jesus returns at the 7th trump? Revelation 11:15–18 and Revelation 10:7 tell us explicitly: the kingdoms of this world become the kingdoms of our Lord, the mystery of God is finished, the dead are judged, and the time comes to destroy those who destroy the earth—there is no earthly, mortal millennium left over after that terminal event. Now, since 1 Corinthians 15:50 states that flesh and blood cannot inherit that kingdom, how do your unsaved, mortal survivors fit into the trumpet of God?
See the mortal bodies of the wicked and unbelieving do not inherit the kingdom of God, not in heaven and not on the earth
The earth is burned up and we get a new earth in which dwells righteousness. 2 Peter 3
There is no evil left on earth to prosper in the land.
Seventh Trumpet: The Kingdom Proclaimed
15 Then the seventh angel sounded: And there were loud voices in heaven, saying, “The [f]kingdoms of this world have become the kingdoms of our Lord and of His Christ, and He shall reign forever and ever!” 16 And the twenty-four elders who sat before God on their thrones fell on their faces and worshiped God, 17 saying:
“We give You thanks, O Lord God Almighty,
The One who is and who was [g]and who is to come,
Because You have taken Your great power and reigned.
18 The nations were angry, and Your [h]wrath has come,
And the time of the dead, that they should be judged,
And that You should reward Your servants the prophets and the saints,
And those who fear Your name, small and great,
And should destroy those who destroy the earth.”
19 Then the temple of God was opened in heaven, and the ark of [i]His covenant was seen in His temple. And there were lightnings, noises, thunderings, an earthquake, and great hail.
