I wonder if this unforeseen activity could result in the group of ten leaders (called kings) and the little horn to emerge.

Now I have just watched a 3 part documentary on former British PM Tony Blair. Very interesting for it affects the way many Christians and Trump have their world view. Blair and Bush (USA former President) saw the world as a fight between good and evil. Thus they believed that God was on the side of `good` and they had a moral duty to go to war.

Whereas we know from God`s word that God is overall and He is bringing the nations to be His Son`s footstool. (Ps. 110: 1) Then He will judge them.

The 10 kings come from Islam when it has come under their `messiah` figure.

As to the `little horn,` he arises after God brings the Russian Federation and others down to the Golan heights to be judged. (Joel 2 Ez. 38)

Like @ewq1938 says, the ten kings do not come to power until the "beast" (beast king of Rev.17) comes to power, and they reign "one hour" with the beast, per Rev.17:12-13.

And per Revelation 13, there are TWO beast TYPES revealed, a beast kingdom, and the beast king (i.e., "another beast").

That means the "ten kings" will reign only when the beast king arrives in Jerusalem and sets up his 42 months reign over ALL NATIONS and ALL PEOPLES, not just involving the EU.

The globalist think tank called the Trilateral Commission for decades has been working with governments towards a 3-part globalist division of the earth. They have also planned an American Union, and an Asia-Pacific Union, a tri-parte world.

This means the "ten kings" will be over ALL NATIONS along with the beast king, not just about the EU.

Do you recall in the Book of Daniel about the "little horn" subduing 3 of the 10 horns? The Hebrew does not mean the little horn destroys those 3, but only subdues them. I believe it might point to false-Messiah's future control structure on earth...

Picture a pyramid shape:

1. top level = the Antichrist/false Messiah/fake Jesus
2. mid level - the 3 subdued horns representing the three tri-parte division of the earth; European Union, the American Union, and Asia-Pacific Union.
3. bottom level - 7 horns (7 horns left out of the 10), over 7 continents of the earth.

The ten kings had no kingdom at the time of John, 1st century. That's what Revelation 17:12 indicates. The ten kings are ten end times kings to be lead by the little horn. That's what Daniel 7:7-8 indicates.

In the end times, the ten kings will give their kingdom to the person who becomes the beast and rule with him for the 42 months of Revelation 13:5. The ten horns (the ten kings) in Revelation 13:1, having ten crowns, reflect that future status.

But before that episode begins, the ten kings (leaders) will organize as a group and be lead by the little horn person. That's what I think could possibly happen due to all unforeseen riots and protests and related activity going on in Europe right now. Maybe, don't know for sure right now.
