That is the same way our church brought us up.. stay away from other religions....
So we had to walk away from things like that.
I thank GOD all the time for our children they got us out of the C. C.
And we got saved right away....... my husband and I..... and we got bibles....... :)

Thanksgiving!!! Then, prayers and petitions for others as well as myself but, when giving thanks to God, and I see nothing happening on my own personal petitions, I simply thank Him that He is working FOR my own behalf. He already knows what we have need of so, the thanksgiving kind of covers all of my needs/petitions...dunno if that makes sense :)

Favorite woman of the bible I would say Abigail. She was known for good understanding and wiser than any OT woman. She totally edified David as her second husband and he had such faith in her wise council...but then there are so many more...I'll have to dig into my book "All Of The Women Of The Bible...
