The shroud of turin is a long linen cloth bearing a mysterious image of a man who many claim is Jesus Christ, although radio carbon dating puts the shrouds origins in the middle ages multiple lines of evidence (blood stains, dirt etc.) seem to support it being the burial cloth of Jesus. However another factor to consider is this there is no mention of a linen cloth with the image of Jesus ANYWHERE in the bible, so the question I have is, if the shroud of turin is the burial cloth of Christ why would such a miracle be left out of the bible

Hard to see, if it's not mentioned in the Bible, why significance must be attached to it from an authoritative faith point of view.

It is not in the bible because it is a clever Myth and fable.
Have you not seen and read the debunking of the whole thing?
Easy to find. Google works. :)

I've done tons of hours of research and not only has it not been debunked but there seem to be multiple pieces of evidence supporting it being the real burial cloth of Jesus and proof of his resurrection, what I'm asking is, is there any reason a miracle like this would be left out of the bible

Okay, whatever you say.

It is left out BY GOD...because it was not a miracle.

But this will obviously be a pointless discussion.
Have a good day.

The Bible confirms other indications that there may be; the Bible's evidence does not depend on other things.

I'm saying that what God reveals in His Word is His decision. The sufficiency of what he has revealed does not depend on other things, whatever they may be.

I'm confused as to what you're saying, are you saying that the shroud of turin goes against the bible?

No need to be confused; no need to focus on the shroud; focus on the Bible's wonderful confirmation of the death, burial and Resurrection of the Savior. What the Bible says about them is sufficient and does not need extra help from other things, whatever they may be. A good passage to read is 1 Corinthians 15.

According to John's Gospel, there was a separate cloth wrapped around Jesus' head (John 20:7). The shroud of Turin is all in one piece.

I saw an interesting article about the Shroud many years ago, pointing out that in the image of 'Jesus' the arms are unnaturally long, and that one of the hands is 'conveniently' positioned over the genitalia. In other words, it's a work of art.

All Jews were wrapped in a cloth like that...a linen shroud that wrapped the body...as well as cloth that covered the head which is called a suderium.

The carbon dating was done on a part of the shroud that had been repaired so the dating is off. The matching suderium was brought back from Palestine in the 5th century. So there is much evidence to show that the shroud is much older than the test showed. The shroud of Turin remains a mysterious piece of archaeology....that could indeed point to being the burial cloth of Jesus. But we don't need a piece of physical evidence for our faith in any regard.

Why do you think every miracle should be recorded in the bible?

Why wouldn't a miracle like that not be in the bible

Are you saying god doesn't do signs and wonders outside of the bible to prove his existence?
While the Bible was not complete in the transitional Apostolic era, there were some signs given. But now believers have sufficient authority for faith and practice within the Scriptures themselves. witnessed also in the lives of believers.

That doesn't answer my question, would god make miracle like the shroud and not put it in the bible?

You need to ask God, not me, but actually God has already spoken and told us all we need to know about the death, burial and resurrection of His beloved Son, the Lord Jesus; what we need to do is believe it, rather than be distracted by other things.

Does the bible actually say all we need is scripture
