Our whole system of justice stands on restraining the sins of others--especially if they involve violence against another's person. When we look away from violence against women and children, we are not doing our jobs as restrainers of that violence.

"Brethren, even if anyone is caught in any trespass, you who are spiritual, restore such a one in a spirit of gentleness; each one looking to yourself, so that you too will not be tempted." Gal. 6:1. "
"Those who continue in sin, rebuke in the presence of all, so that the rest also will be fearful of sinning." 1 Tim. 5:20
This make my brother's sin my business and it makes my sin his business.

Ok, well I will make a deal with you then - you show me one person who is homosexual who does not already know what conservative Christians believe about homosexuality and I promise I will warn them about Hell.

We might all pause for a moment to appreciate the irony of the Queen James Only crowd dissing homosexuals lol.

Imo go find out what "homospiritual" means today!
Well.. I am a KJ type of guy. I am not one who beats folks up over the issue. I only ask folks not to Bible hop to suit their doctrine. But yeah... I stick to the KJV.

I am not defending Homosexuality... I am defending grace. But I guess I am one of the few who aren't condemning them based on grace.

So the ya go. A KJV guy defending homosexuals.

The bottom line might be that the sins of Sodom are listed, and your phobia is not among them
Well the funny thing is that the sins of Sodom are listed:

Ezekiel 16:49 KJV
Behold, this was the iniquity of thy sister Sodom, pride, fulness of bread, and abundance of idleness was in her and in her daughters, neither did she strengthen the hand of the poor and needy.

Clearly, there were homosexuals there. But I don't see that listed here. I don't see phobias either. Verse 50 mentions they were haughty and committed abominations. So maybe that is where homosexuality can be included.

But it is never listed as an iniquity.

Look I’m not stating your a homosexual,I’m just trying to understand how you judge them and can’t be condemned under the same offense according to God’s word in Romans 2 that I quoted earlier?

As oldhermit said, it is not me that is judging them. It is the Word of God.

(Rom. 2) is not addressing a believer. It is addressing a non-believer who sees himself better and sees his good works acceptable to God. The believer has already seen himself as guilty and therefore has come to Christ.

The abomination of homosexuality is spelled out in (Rom. 1:26-27). Is that a funny thing also? Do you still defend homosexuality?

Again, what has been said that is not in the Bible?

And where is 'homospiritual' in the Bible? ysn

it has to be developed from the story of Judah and Tamar, prophets gone a'whoring--which reads like an opposite--and the passages about getting people sequestered away from the world in order to indoctrinate them, even some "ship in a harbor," etc. with the understanding that that Bible is using (in our case) English to speak a different language. Two men in a bed, which I'm maybe giving it away now, might come remove this sentence

Some evidence would be our current definitions of eternal, our current beliefs about going to heaven when we die, and some other indicators

No, proselyte's are not being addressed in (Rom. 2). Unsaved Gentiles who see themselves as good in their deeds are being addressed. (2:12,14) And Jews under the law who see themselves good as they have the law, are being addressed. (2:12)

(Matt. 23) is addressing specifically the scriibes, Pharisees, and hypocrites, who are just as the Jews described in (2:17-29). They hold the truth in unrighteousness. Just like the the Gentile good man, holds the truth in unrighteousness. These are not believers.

I see. 'it has to be developed'. In other words made up...of which you always do a fine job.

hey, no translation is perfect anyway, and I even get why they felt justified in changing Passover, they were not trying to deceive. But "KJV only" becomes another nail in the coffin, when it cannot be challenged even when it is obviously mistranslating imo

But I think KJ was doing God's will in a tough situation, sure wouldn't wanna trade him places lol

The church in Rome had the same problem all the other churches had at that time, and still have today. Proselytizing, judaizers
