I do not believe in what some call and eternal dispensation.
I believe in dispensations, but not by the most popular definitions.
The issue is dispensations work with the changing dealings with man. And how salvation is handled.
That ceases the world. We go into an internal state not change and where every body is saved or damned. So no need of a plan of salvation.

I notice that the author of the article picked up on all the Scripture that puts King David as the Prince who rules Israel during the Millennium under Christ's rule. That is what "King of Kings" means--an emperor, who rules over many kingdoms, each one having its own King or Prince. Most people don't pay much attention to that.
I see Jesus ruling the nations with a rod of iron from David's throne in heavenly Jerusalem above. And all the things a physical kingdom provides without the physical kingdom baggage.
And the creation of a new atmosphere (possibly even a new universe) and earth which shall house the New Jerusalem, like a Bride "coming down out of heaven from God." (Revelation 21:10). And God the Father, the Lamb and the Holy Spirit will be at the center of the New Jerusalem with all of His children forever and ever.
I believe the Angels estate were on heavenly bodies due to the descriptions given concerning Satan in the OT.
I further believe a single heaven extended from the Earth's surface to infinity.
God wrapped the earth in darkness to cover what happened in the war in heaven and the fallen angels chained in the pit. Darkness was not original creation.
So, it returns to the original condition.
After all, what need is there of the third heaven if God will reside with us in the new Jerusalem?
Yes, I think that the angels' "first estate" is a heavenly body that cannot die. Jesus said that, in the Resurrection, we will become like the angels in heaven and will not marry or be given in marriage. Marrying and having children is one particular mark of being mortal. Those fallen angels led by Satan apparently left their "first estate" to marry and procreate with the "daughters of men". How they were able to do this is anyone's guess. I think there were a lot of things going on then that have not been revealed to us. For this, the fallen angels were chained in the Abyss. Why Satan is allowed to roam free is an interesting question. Why was he permitted to collect an army of demons to serve him and his agenda? I believe that a demon and a fallen angel is not the same kind of entity. Evil angels seem to have some ability to interact with humans in an intelligent way--demons just seem to be stupid, evil, lunatics. Or, at least, that appears to be how they affect humans when they completely take over a human being.

Fallen Angels have been chained in the pit since the war in heaven which predated Adam.
By estate I mean a place, residents, or something along that line. Not their bodies.
I believe demons are the spirits of the fallen Pre-Adamic beings that rebelled along with Satan and the fallen Angels.
Righteous angels do not procreate but are we so sure that evil, fallen angels did not figure out a way? Angels are angels when it comes to the issues of marriage and reproduction.
To say they suddenly can reproduce is to say they gave themselves the power to create life, because sperm and eggs are life.
As well Angels are not physical. So you're saying they could create themselves physical bodies. And on top of that only male bodies.
Another problem is the KJV mistranslates Angels as sons of God.
Jesus is the son of God. Adam was son of God. Saints are sons of God. Meaning human.
In your link you Number one is correct.
Aliens? So you're saying God created other beings on other planets?
That gives the problem of salvation for them because of blood of Christ is only for humans.
Who do you think the "sons of God" were in Genesis who mated with women and produced giants?
