Just so you know, i was (mostly) having fun with you.
Politics in the socialist state of Canada are quite different than the USA. Most members of our 'conservative party' would fit right in with your Clinton type democrats...
As for the clip. The demonstrator was from a native community whose watershed was contaminated by mercury from an industrial source (mine or pulp and paper mill I forget which) and they suffer from many health problems as a result...
Last election Mr. Trudeau used their plight as a photo op to try and win the aboriginal vote, promosing to do more to address their problems than the previous govt...
Of course, since being elected, his government has done nothing to help this community...
They purchased a table ($1000 or so I think) at a Liberal fundraiser, so that they could get close enough to him, to call him out for forgetting about them...
In the clip, his comment 'thanks for the donation' as they were being escorted out was, while perhaps not condecending, certainlly callous...
It was the laughter from the crowd of his supporters that was truly appalling....
No, these Liberals are all about using the buzzwords and 'progressive' morality, which is just anything goes but Christian morality... Except of course for the neo-religious 'climate crisis'....
One week into power, this govt gave a UN 'climate mitigation' slushfund 2 Billion dollars.... Dont get me started on their UN globalist agenda....
2B $ outta our (taxpayers) pockets to virtue-signal to the Europeans, that Canada was all for turning sovereignty over to the UN.... But for these people that he campaigned in front of... Nothing...

Exactly. Shame on Canadian voters who could even consider a moron like Justin Trudeau for the highest office in the land. He is a total embarrassment (just like Obama was in his heyday).
