Very little of prophesy against Jerusalem involves the US...in fact none of it does.

I'm afraid that there is one that does, that is, if the United States still exist:

I saw some prophetic literature years ago which depicted the Soviet Union as the king of the north. (Guess what? the Soviet Union no longer exists... )

Im wandeing why anyone would think Israel (with its 300 nuclear warheads)would invite Russia,Turkey,or Syria to occupy Jerusalem.Seems to me if Israel wanted to invite another countries armed forces to occupy Jerusalem,they would invite the US who already has a millitary base in Israel and has a stockpile of weapons in Israel worth more than 1 billion dollars.

One thing for sure,this man who loves to flatter jews is a close ally of Israel. If he wasnt he wouldnt be alowed in.

As for the king of the south.
When he enters Jerusalem,at the time of the end ,his peolple ransack Jerusalem ,raping the women.

Zechariah 14:2 For I will gather all the nations for battle against Jerusalem, and the city will be captured, the houses looted, and the women ravished. Half of the city will go into exile, but the rest of the people will not be removed from the city.

The armed forces of the king of the north does not enter Jerusalem by force.The king of the north is an ally of Israel,who,loves to flatter jews.

Zech 14 takes place three and a half years later when the king of the south attacks the armed forces of the north.

Daniel 11:40 At the time of the end, the king of the South will engage him in battle, but the king of the North will storm out against him with chariots, horsemen, and many ships, invading many countries and sweeping through them like a flood.

You can,tell zech 14 takes place at the time of the end because that is when,the Lord stands on Olivet.Daniel says the resurection takes place at that time.

There will be a time of distress, the likes of which will not have occurred from the beginning of nations until that time. Daniel 9:27 tells of a treaty, that God calls; a treaty with death. Isaiah 28:14-15

We see in Daniel 11:32, how the Christians are divided into 2 groups, those who agreed to this seven year peace treaty with the AC, and those who refused to violate their covenant with God. This conquest and division of the people, at the mid point of the seven years, is also seen in Zechariah 14:1-2.


Then in Revelation 12:6-17, those two groups of Christians are described; the faithful ones are taken to a place of safety during the 3 1/2 years, [or 42 months, or 1260 days] and the other group remain, as per Revelation 12:17.
Then Jesus Returns, destroys the Anti-Christ's army and chains him up. Jesus sends out His angels to gather His people from their place of safety and all who have refused the mark of the beast, Matthew 24:31, to where He is; that is in Jerusalem, from where He will rule the world for 1000 years.

Abbas and his fighters will be gone, crumbled into the dust; like a mist at the dawn, Isaiah 29:5-8, by the terrible Day of the Lord's fiery wrath, the next prophesied event; the Sixth Seal devastation. Zephaniah 1:14-18, Jeremiah 10:18 and 12:14

In Jer_50 there are two references to the king of the north with the first reference to the Grecian Empire BC and the second separated from the first king of the north by over 2,000 years a king of the north that leads a coalition of nations into Babylon and the nation that had the lead role in that invasion of Babylon was the USA. History confirms this to us. Both empires/nations exhibited dominion/power, the dominate characteristic of the third "beast."

Was America mentioned by name? No. Does the Jeremiah prophecy help to identify the USA as the nation whose king of the North lead the invasion of Babylon, i.e. now know by the name Iraq today. The USA is technically to the north of Israel, when traveling on a fixed course northwards from Israel.

How can we not identify the President of the USA as the second King of the North in Jer_50.

i thought there was a specific verse. I'm a Historicist, so I don't subscribe to Jesuit Futurist intepretations of a soon coming Antichrist, but thank you .
