I am on a mission to stop the enemy from spreading his lies and when a link or picture or claim is posted that needs further research to its validity and fact checked I am going to post the finding here in one location so it can be easily found.
I have no issue with the member and I am not attacking them I am simply fact checking and debunking fake information.

Lol...okay now stop....I am serious! I am just torn because I have believed some of them and shared them just to be corrected when someone proved it was a lie. I don't ever want to spread a lie. So now I am sure to fact check. And tonight is the start of it....happens to be about Trump but there will be other things.

I agree, totally. I'm upset that I didn't find out about the quote of Carson verifying Trump asking for forgiveness from God - proving that while Trump may not have asked God for forgiveness at the time he stated he hasn't ever asked for forgiveness, that he changed his heart and way and then did ask God for forgiveness.

If I had any photoshop skills whatsover, I'd make a joke pic: remember the pic of Trump hugging the flag (Donald Trump mocked for HUGGING American flag on stage after footage goes viral on Twitter ) - I'd photoshop an enlarged sharpie to replace the flag...resulting in Trump hugging a giant sharpie.

My take is, Heart2Soul is looking to debunk false information in the public domain, and aspen is making a joke because the image posted is pointing to a picture the Trump admin released that showed one possibility of the recent hurricane hitting Alabama using a drawn-in extension of the cone with a sharpie, in effect saying that the Trump admin released false information that has been debunked.

As I understand it, and I saw predictions ALL OVER THE MAP in those early stages, the Weather People honestly had no idea WHERE the storm was going. The map Trump showed was pretty much a "centered" guess of the path.

What is the problem?

@amadeus I just got tired of seeing all of fake news links, media reports and fake pics members have posted. I don't want to this to a biased thread but I do want to expose the enemy and his demons using our forum to spread gossip and lies and creating division.
It isn't just political....it is anything that is a lie needs to be exposed.
I wasn't so wise in the past to fact check these in the past because it's a CHRISTIAN Forum. You would think they be all about the truth.
I would like to see forum rules make members accountable to verify anything they post from the web.

I hear what you are saying. I am not much into politics any more, but understand why people are. Finding the truth among carnal men is a difficult thing when there is any controversy or something at stake which someone will covet.

Hoping for forums rules to that effect, I believe, is an unlikely expectation on this forum. I won't speak for other forums, but this is still one of the best ones of which I am aware. I wish you good fortune in your efforts and hope that some will take you seriously.
