Not only young men - as years ago - but also young women now in large numbers seem anyway at their coming of age to go to the parlor to do it with relish; like being inked up is - at least for them - part of being a new adult, don't you think?

I am still not seeing that "across the board," as you claim.
There are so many tattoo parlors around these days that it would indeed be hard to ascertain the precise reasons for each of their very many clients wanting to be pumped with needle inkings, right?

Likewise, I guess that defining tattoo regret, in its many possible aspects as the poll seeks somehow to do, is itself only approximate.
