Show us that. Sounds like you made it up. if you actually believed the Constitution, you would know that someone is innocent until proven guilty! The woman who accused Trump of assaulting her, has provided material with the DNA of the person who assaulted her. Trump refused to provide a cheek swab which would have cleared him if he was innocent.

This is one of the reasons why people think Trump is a pervert, but didn't buy Trump's campaign to convince people that Biden is. What you don't get, is the Constitution protects you from being convicted in the absence of proof beyond reasonable doubt, but people are free to draw conclusions from the evidence anyway.

You guys still can't make up your minds. One minute, you're claiming that Biden a clever scoundrel who has gotten away with all kinds of things that Trump wasn't smart enough to hide from us. The next minute, you're claiming he's more senile than Trump. The next minute, you're telling us that Biden can't win because the leftists don't like his moderate ideas. And the minute after that, you're claiming he's a communist.

A little focus might help you.

And yeah, Biden sometimes stutters. And he's a wise guy, sometimes making remarks that are vulgar ("it's a big (bleep) deal") or impolitic ("Trump is like a little child"). Often he just says what he thinks.

And his great strength, being able to reach across partisan divides to find common ground for the good of America, can be a liability, if it goes too far.

So there is that. I believe he's exaggerated some of his accomplishments, although nothing like Trump falsely claiming to be first in his class in college.
