Thank you for your polite response, April. I appreciate it. As I said before, I don't begrudge you for voting for Trump, although I don't agree with you. I respect your decision to politically support him because that's your right as an American citizen. That being said, I'd like to remind you that I appreciate you not beating me over the head for not supporting Trump. We are the perfect example of how adults, especially Christians, should behave toward one another when they disagree on political views. You and I aren't consumed with malice for each other because we disagree on politics. We're not antagonistic and belligerent toward each other. We are not digressing into harmful unchristian behavior by calling each other defamatory names with the intent to insult and slander or posting pejorative and derogatory remarks about each other. We're treating each other with respect even when we disagree. 1 John 4:20-21: "Whoever claims to love God yet hates a brother or sister is a liar. For whoever does not love their brother and sister, whom they have seen, cannot love God, whom they have not seen. And he has given us this command: Anyone who loves God must also love their brother and sister." And Jesus told His disciples, "A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another” (John 13:34-35). In conclusion April Rose, I'd like for you to know that you're one of the reasons why I haven't completely given up on this site and why I've decided to stay.
Well I'm glad,.. would you be willing to say all of this on CF.com?
