And no one here is promoting a sinful way of life but just the opposite.

Whether one sin or many sins, it equals death. We cannot surrender to sin when tempted of Satan. Jesus came to make us over comers.

James 1
[14] But every man is tempted, when he is drawn away of his own lust, and enticed.
[15] Then when lust hath conceived, it bringeth forth sin: and sin, when it is finished, bringeth forth death.

so Peter lost his salvation, thanks for affirming your false teaching.

and you must of lost your salvation at-least a 1000 or more times since the bible says anything not done in faith is sin plus the sins of omission.

So, you're calling James a false teacher? Not surprising.
only you and your twisting of the scriptures to your own destruction.

BTW you must of lost your salvation at-least a 1000 or more times since the bible says anything not done in faith is sin plus the sins of omission.

the salvation/hell rollercoaster you ride on daily must be exciting because you never know the moment you will die and not do something in faith which is sin and doubt of any kind is sin.

oops...................

another one bites the dust.......................

You call Peter a sinner, all the while Peter taught being dead to sin and living unto righteousness. Yet, I am the one twisting Scripture?

1 Peter 1
[21] For even hereunto were ye called: because Christ also suffered for us, leaving us an example, that ye should follow his steps:
[22] Who did no sin, neither was guile found in his mouth:
[23] Who, when he was reviled, reviled not again; when he suffered, he threatened not; but committed himself to him that judgeth righteously:
[24] Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed.

Scripture calls him a sinner, Paul confronted his sin before all the people below. Are you now trying to say being a hypocrite is not a sin ?

Galatians 2

When Cephas came to Antioch, I opposed him to his face, because he stood condemned. 12 For before certain men came from James, he used to eat with the Gentiles. But when they arrived, he began to draw back and separate himself from the Gentiles because he was afraid of those who belonged to the circumcision group. 13 The other Jews joined him in his hypocrisy, so that by their hypocrisy even Barnabas was led astray.

14 When I saw that they were not acting in line with the truth of the gospel, I said to Cephas in front of them all, “You are a Jew, yet you live like a Gentile and not like a Jew. How is it, then, that you force Gentiles to follow Jewish customs?

As the movie says:

you can't handle the TRUTH.

hope this helps !!!

Peter taught, and lived, a righteous life, despite your accusation against him. I suspect you're using an incident that you don't understand to find a loophole to justify sin as par for the course. I have news for you: you can't sin your way into Heaven. Again, Peter wrote:

The leaven of the self righteous pharisees in Matthew 23 has reared its ugly head once again and Jesus condemned them for it.

how is that salvation/hell rollercoaster doing today ?

anything not done is faith is sin
any doubt is sin

Satan is using you. You keep spewing the devil's dung to your own destruction. Your blood be on your own head. My hands are clean. I will see Peter in Heaven one day; I can't say the same for you.

No it isn't. The principle is the same in the NT.

Romans 6
[1] What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound?
[2] God forbid. How shall we, that are dead to sin, live any longer therein?

[14] For sin shall not have dominion over you: for ye are not under the law, but under grace.
[15] What then? shall we sin, because we are not under the law, but under grace? God forbid.
[16] Know ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey; whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto righteousness?
No its not, you fail to rightly divide the word of truth. Thats was a physical national covenant, nothing to do with Christ !

If you put conditions on the way of Salvation through Christ alone, we are living in sin and disobedience to the Gospel.

The Scriptures say otherwise. Are you suggesting that we are to listen to you instead of God? Because what you teach does not come from above. It's earthly and sensual, catering to the flesh.

The Scriptures say otherwise. Are you suggesting that we are to listen to you instead of God? Because what you teach does not come from above. It's earthly and sensual, catering to the flesh.

And sin is sin, there are sins of doubt, sins of omission the secret sins of the heart no one can see except the Lord who knows your heart.

You teach the outward self righteousness of the Pharisees who on the outside looked good but on the inside were full of dean mens bones. See Matthew 23 as you are fooling no one but yourself. And Peter sinned and Paul confronted him on his sin as instructed by Jesus in Matthew 18.

So how are you living up to the biblical standards below ?

Romans 14:23
But he who doubts is condemned if he eats, because he does not eat from faith; for whatever is not from faith is sin.

James 1:6-8
But when you ask, you must believe and not doubt, because the one who doubts is like a wave of the sea, blown and tossed by the wind. 7 That person should not expect to receive anything from the Lord. 8 Such a person is double-minded and unstable in all they do.

James 4:7
Therefore, to one who knows the right thing to do and does not do it, to him it is sin

Luke 12:47
That servant who knows his master's will but does not get ready or follow his instructions will be beaten with many blows.

John 9:41
Jesus said unto them, If ye were blind, ye should have no sin: but now ye say, We see; therefore your sin remaineth.

Luke 10:30-37
In reply Jesus said: “A man was going down from Jerusalem to Jericho, when he was attacked by robbers. They stripped him of his clothes, beat him and went away, leaving him half dead. 31 A priest happened to be going down the same road, and when he saw the man, he passed by on the other side. 32 So too, a Levite, when he came to the place and saw him, passed by on the other side. 33 But a Samaritan, as he traveled, came where the man was; and when he saw him, he took pity on him. 34 He went to him and bandaged his wounds, pouring on oil and wine. Then he put the man on his own donkey, brought him to an inn and took care of him. 35 The next day he took out two denariie]">[e] and gave them to the innkeeper. ‘Look after him,’ he said, ‘and when I return, I will reimburse you for any extra expense you may have.’

36 “Which of these three do you think was a neighbor to the man who fell into the hands of robbers?”

37 The expert in the law replied, “The one who had mercy on him.”

Jesus told him, “Go and do likewise.”

Matthew 25:31-46
“When the Son of Man comes in his glory, and all the angels with him, he will sit on his glorious throne. 32 All the nations will be gathered before him, and he will separate the people one from another as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats. 33 He will put the sheep on his right and the goats on his left.

34 “Then the King will say to those on his right, ‘Come, you who are blessed by my Father; take your inheritance, the kingdom prepared for you since the creation of the world. 35 For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, 36 I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me.’

37 “Then the righteous will answer him, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you something to drink? 38 When did we see you a stranger and invite you in, or needing clothes and clothe you? 39 When did we see you sick or in prison and go to visit you?’

40 “The King will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.’

41 “Then he will say to those on his left, ‘Depart from me, you who are cursed, into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels. 42 For I was hungry and you gave me nothing to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me nothing to drink, 43 I was a stranger and you did not invite me in, I needed clothes and you did not clothe me, I was sick and in prison and you did not look after me.’

44 “They also will answer, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry or thirsty or a stranger or needing clothes or sick or in prison, and did not help you?’

45 “He will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did not do for one of the least of these, you did not do for me.’

46 “Then they will go away to eternal punishment, but the righteous to eternal life.”

hope this helps !!!

I ask the sincere person: Did Jesus walk in sin? We are taught to walk like He walked, for He is our example. Tune out the false teachers and submit yourselves to Jesus.

1 John 2
[6] He that saith he abideth in him ought himself also so to walk, even as he walked.

1 Peter 2
[21] For even hereunto were ye called: because Christ also suffered for us, leaving us an example, that ye should follow his steps:
[22] Who did no sin, neither was guile found in his mouth:
[23] Who, when he was reviled, reviled not again; when he suffered, he threatened not; but committed himself to him that judgeth righteously:
[24] Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed.
[25] For ye were as sheep going astray; but are now returned unto the Shepherd and Bishop of your souls.

1 Peter 4
[1] Forasmuch then as Christ hath suffered for us in the flesh, arm yourselves likewise with the same mind: for he that hath suffered in the flesh hath ceased from sin;
[2] That he no longer should live the rest of his time in the flesh to the lusts of men, but to the will of God.

Revelation 22
[10] And he saith unto me, Seal not the sayings of the prophecy of this book: for the time is at hand.
[11] He that is unjust, let him be unjust still: and he which is filthy, let him be filthy still: and he that is righteous, let him be righteous still: and he that is holy, let him be holy still.
[12] And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be.
[13] I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last.
[14] Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.
[15] For without are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie.
[16] I Jesus have sent mine angel to testify unto you these things in the churches. I am the root and the offspring of David, and the bright and morning star.
