This report is from the Human Rights Campaign. I don’t believe this agenda will bring “positive change” for Christians; quite the opposite.

FROM REPORT, PAGE 17:

Revise Religious Exemption Reporting Process for Grantees
The Department of Labor (DOL) has an established process for providing exemptions from the religious nondiscrimination provision in the Workplace Investment Act for faith-based organizations. In order to ensure that the exemption is not used to permit broader discrimination based on a recipient’s religious tenets, DOL should clarify the scope of this exemption through informal guidance to program administrators. DOL should also create an additional reporting requirement for organizations that receive the exemption.

ALSO FROM THE REPORT:

Blueprint for Positive Change 2020 is a comprehensive list of 85 individual policy recommendations aimed at improving the lives of LGBTQ people. Recommendations include:

  •  Ensure consistent administrative implementation of Bostock v. Clayton County across all agencies enforcing civil rights statutes and provisions;
  •  Revise restrictions on transgender individuals to return to an inclusive policy of military service;
  •  Establish an interagency working group to address anti-transgender violence;
  •  Appoint openly-LGBTQ justices, judges, executive officials and ambassadors;
  •  Establish uniform data collection standards incorporation sexual orientation and gender identity into federal surveys;
  •  Establish an interagency working group to protect and support LGBTQ rights globally;
  •  End discrimination against gay and bisexual blood donors;
  •  Prohibit the practice of conversion therapy as a fraudulent business practice;
  •  Rescind and replace regulations restricting coverage of Section 1557 of the Affordable Care Act; and
  •  Eliminate discrimination against beneficiaries in charitable choice and faith-based initiatives.

‘Transhood’ Documentary Shows Parents Brainwashing 4-Year-Olds Into Transgenderism

New HBO documentary depicts parents propagandizing their children in radical gender theory and robbing them of life in their natural bodies.
By Chad Felix Greene
November 25, 2020

A new HBO documentary, titled “Transhood,” is pushing the limits of what America understands as the transgender rights movement. Following four so-called transgender children, aged 4, 7, 12, and 15, the documentary’s description says it demonstrates “how the kids are challenged and transformed as they experience the complexity of their identities.” While through the lens of leftist LGBT advocacy this might sound empowering, from a rational point of view, it is far from a positive development.

In a scene shared by Matt Walsh, the family of the 4-year-old attends what looks to be a progressive church. The religious leader opens the floor for anyone in the congregation to “claim their identity publicly” as LGBT, rattling off a long string of other identity options, and for the group to celebrate them together.

A mother brings up a little boy, dressed in girl’s clothing, who shyly holds the microphone as his mother prompts him, “Do you want to tell them if you’re a boy or a girl?” The boy looks up at his mother for reassurance as he says quietly, “I just want to tell them I am a girl.”

The boy, still too shy to speak for himself, hands his mother the microphone, and she confidently announces that the child would like everyone to know he is a girl and prefers female pronouns. The religious leader and a helper hand the child a flower as the congregation says together, “May you be well, safe, and whole. We honor you exactly as you are.”

In another scene, the little boy is sitting in a dress as his mother reads to him, surrounded by typical girls’ toys and decor. Walsh tweeted, “This is from HBO’s ‘Transhood’ documentary. A mother puts her 4 year old son in a dress and reads him LGBT propaganda. You’re literally watching her brainwash the child into thinking he’s a girl. It’s no mystery how children end up ‘trans.’ This is it. Right here.” Walsh is not far from the truth — and the majority of LGBT and medical authorities on the subject seem to agree with him, yet in a roundabout way.

Trans Activists Say Affirmation Is the Only Option
In a guidebook for schools, titled “Schools in Transition,” the Human Rights Campaign, an LGBT organization, warns, “The consequences of not affirming a child’s gender identity can be severe.” One 2018 article published by the American Psychological Association, titled “Embracing a gender-affirmative model for transgender youth,” argues, “The new research has a simple message: When transgender children get support affirming their gender identities, their mental health difficulties go down; when they don’t get support, they go up.” The article says the “pathology” of gender dysphoria is our culture and that nothing is “wrong” with the child.

To illustrate this argument, the author tells the story of a 14-year-old autistic girl who suddenly fell into a depression, hated her body, began binding her breasts, and attempted to lose weight. “When Samantha told her pediatrician she wanted a mastectomy, the practice urged the family to consult a gender specialist,” the article says. Astonishingly, the article boasts that after one meeting with the gender specialist, “the psychologist concluded that Samantha was transgender and should proceed to transition.”

Despite her parents expressing concern that this was simply an issue involving her diagnosis of autism and the fact that autistic children often irrationally fixate on very specific things and refuse to move forward, the experts claimed this was normal. Transgenderism and autism frequently co-occur, the article states.

The parents concluded, “It was a process of saying goodbye to a daughter and welcoming a son.” Samantha began testosterone therapy and had an elective double mastectomy, which allegedly brought her joy, despite her continued fixation on her weight.

‘Transhood’ Parents Rob Children of Choice
In a 2016 document, titled “Supporting & Caring for Transgender Children,” the Human Rights Campaign, the American College of Osteopathic Pediatricians, and the American Academy of Pediatrics propose an even more concerning variable. Introducing the term “gender-expansive children” to account for the wide variation in gender expression, the document states, “Sometimes a child’s gender expression, or what they say about their gender, seem to be in flux.”

Their gender identity might be conditional to their environment, and they recognize it might “take time” for them to “figure it out.” The authors admit, “Although what a child says about their gender at a young age can hint at whether they’ll turn out to be transgender, there’s often no way to be sure.”

They introduce the separation of transgender children, who are distressed over their “assigned sex,” and gender-expansive children, who are not “gender-typical” and might be transgender or grow up to be nonbinary or perfectly normal. The American Psychological Association insists, “As puberty and the irreversible change it brings approach, transgender and gender-nonconforming youth may not be ready to make a decision about their ultimate gender.”

In other words, if a child is not quite one gender or the other, or is possibly both or neither, the medical experts and LGBT activists believe intervention is necessary, which parents must affirm and support. As a result, parents frantically attempt to interpret how a child feels about himself before the kid has any chance to live in his natural body.

To Walsh’s point, what other path would a 4-year-old take after announcing to his community, at the encouragement of his mother, that he is in fact a little girl? He lives as a girl, dresses in stereotypical clothing, and will likely take puberty blockers until he reaches his early teenage years, when adults will again affirm him and tell him castration, estrogen, and plastic surgery will finally make him “exactly who he is.”

What choices does this child have, based on whatever his mother thought proved he was “really” a girl when he was 4 years old? According to the experts, this all depends on his parents. For many who are highly critical of gender-affirmative therapy, this is the most important question of all, especially considering how wildly varied and fluid the experts are on even defining the condition. We simply cannot afford to ignore their influence and the influence of the parents involved.

The above article from The Federalist links to this lengthy report produced by the Human Rights Campaign titled "Schools In Transition: A Guide for Supporting Transgender Students in K-12 Schools." Make no mistake about it; those organizations, like the so-called Human Rights Campaign, the NEA (teachers union) and the ACLU, who are promoting the radical transgender agenda, are going after very young children!

This relates to the OP mention of the SCOTUS case: BOSTOCK v. CLAYTON COUNTY
(Edit) This is an except from the above linked SCOTUS case:"...Because judges interpret the law as written, not as they might wish it were written, the first 10 U. S. Courts of Appeals to consider whether Title VII prohibits sexual orientation discrimination all said no. Some 30 federal judges considered the question. All 30 judges said no, based on the text of the statute. 30 out of 30.

 But in the last few years, a new theory has emerged. To end-run the bedrock separation-of-powers principle that courts may not unilaterally rewrite statutes, the plaintiffs here (and, recently, two Courts of Appeals) have advanced a novel and creative argument. They contend that discrimination “because of sexual orientation” and discrimination “because of sex” are actually not separate categories of discrimination after all. Instead, the theory goes, discrimination because of sexual orientation always qualifies as discrimination because of sex: When a gay man is fired because he is gay, he is fired because he is attracted to men, even though a similarly situated woman would not be fired just because she is attracted to men. According to this theory, it follows that the man has been fired, at least as a literal matter, because of his sex.

 Under this literalist approach, sexual orientation discrimination automatically qualifies as sex discrimination, and Title VII’s prohibition against sex discrimination therefore also prohibits sexual orientation discrimination—and actually has done so since 1964, unbeknownst to everyone. Surprisingly, the Court today buys into this approach. Ante, at 9–12.

 For the sake of argument, I will assume that firing someone because of their sexual orientation may, as a very literal matter, entail making a distinction based on sex. But to prevail in this case with their literalist approach, the plaintiffs must also establish one of two other points. The plaintiffs must establish that courts, when interpreting a statute, adhere to literal meaning rather than ordinary meaning. Or alternatively, the plaintiffs must establish that the ordinary meaning of “discriminate because of sex”—not just the literal meaning—encompasses sexual orientation discrimination. The plaintiffs fall short on both counts.

First, courts must follow ordinary meaning, not literal meaning. And courts must adhere to the ordinary meaning of phrases, not just the meaning of the words in a phrase.

 There is no serious debate about the foundational interpretive principle that courts adhere to ordinary meaning, not literal meaning, when interpreting statutes. As Justice Scalia explained, “the good textualist is not a literalist.” A. Scalia, A Matter of Interpretation 24 (1997)." Continues at link

In Biden's home state of Delaware the first Trans from Rehoboth Beach was elected to the senate. Interestingly, Rehoboth was founded as a Christian retreat many generations ago. The name, Rehoboth, means, "room for all without quarreling".
Now, in Delaware Rehoboth has the largest openly LGBTQ population in the state.
Think its founders are spinning in their grave?

The whole issue of how parents are ‘ defining ‘ their children’s gender is frightening. I have heard of some pushing their children for all kinds of ops and drug intervention. I don’t understand how the laws / doctors in the USA actually allow this to happen, given that they are under a certain age and cannot make any decisions for themselves. Those poor children must end up getting so confused and impacted. Also information given to children through the school system can feed all kinds of wrong beliefs ect. I even had an issue when they lowered the age for Sex education within the local school authority. It use to be for teenagers, then they lowered it to the lower years , around 9year olds !
I have yet to speak to anyone that agrees with what these parents and doctors are doing. As for what is going on in the church you mention in the program, wow, that is worrying !
Don’t think I could watch the program as it would wind me up too much.

First they wanted "equal rights" and tolerance. Now that they've been granted those the LGBTQ community demonstrate just the opposite toward anyone who is not aligned with their agenda or lifestyles. You're not entitled to have an opinion now that LGBTQ have been given rights. Does this make sense?

Refuse to used feminine pronouns when addressing an obvious male dressed as a woman and it is you that has the issue! You're now that "other" that the LGBTQ saw themselves as prior to obtaining the rights they're now exploiting to take away those of others; i.e. straights, Christians.
And likely your work will receive a complaint about that feminine pronoun issue and have you go to a gender sensitivity training class. This so you can learn how to speak so as not to offend mentally ill men who dress as women. And at times, mutilate their God given bodies for appearances sake.

Then there's the new gender assignment language that comes with the LGBTQ agenda. "Cisgender". That takes the place of Heterosexual. Because Homosexual is now offensive to those who are bias against....LATIN! Therefore, Heterosexual is out too. Now Cisgender has taken its place.

This is just stupid. There are no longer two sexes! Two genders. No, there are, depending on where you look, let's take Facebook,58 genders!
Name your claim on personal identity, it is your RIGHT!

Here's a List of 58 Gender Options for Facebook Users

And we all know divorce can be contentious. Especially with children in the mix. Likely, we never saw this coming. These are not even close to the cases out there. Pray for the children. :(
And the parents too. That they come back to some common sense and not try to reshape what God created in the womb.

It's the 21st century and the worst of Sodom & Gomorrah have returned! Now, they have the right to stop you from thinking, speaking, and even are making a concerted effort to attack your right to believe they are sinners.

Personal or private thoughts. Take Chick-Fil-A. They've been under attack by LGBTQ Christophobes for years. Finally, when the contracts expired, CFA announced they would not renew their charity contracts with Christian charities.

Thinking this would placate the LGBTQ. What was their response, through the domestic terror arm of their community, GLAAD, when asked if this would indeed placate them. And would they now stop their harassment of the Christian family brand? Oh no, this is just the beginning, a GLAAD spokesperson stated.
CFA is attacked here and in Europe by LGBTQ.

Oh, and one last thing?
They have their own bible! The Queen James Bible. Which leads them to believe God made them queer! Conversely, they'd have to concede God made a mistake too, re: transgenders.

To be clear, it isn't a sin to be homosexual. It is a sin to act on those sexually immoral impulses.

The so called clobber verses in their corruption of the bible, those that speak against sexual immorality/sin, have been removed.
Battle Verses To Use Against Demonic Spirits

Even the APA, American Psychiatric Association , has conceded to the terror tactics employed by LGBTQ/GLAAD.
The DSM, Diagnostic and Statistics Manual used in the profession, no longer classify outright homosexuality nor gender dysphoria, "transgender", as mental illness.

A memo was released by a psychologist years ago, I use to have the link to what he'd released to the web, wherein the higher ups of APA arrived at a decision concerning LGBTQ. Concessionary! They'll amend future volumes of the DSM to that which I've mentioned. Why? Making the same mistake CFA did years later; concessionary act to placate LGBTQ/GLAAD terrorists who were making death threats against APA members.
Think about that for a minute.

A professional organization whose purpose is to diagnose mental illness have conceded to those expressing mental illness and domestic terrorist threats against that professional organization.

It is a spiritual war! And Satan's minions parade proudly down our streets to prove it.

How did it get this far?

Oh, they're following a blueprint that is being carried out and has been since the blueprint was published in the late 80's
Even the media fell into step.
Remember, "SOAP"? The gay cast member? Remember, Bosom Buddies? Tranny's, but they were straight men dressing as women to get an apartment so it seemed benign. Below is that blueprint.

After the Ball: How America Will Conquer Its Fear and Hatred of Gays in the 90's
After the Ball is the 1989 book by Marshall Kirk and Hunter Madsen, which has been the homosexual movement's marketing blueprint for the now global homosexual propaganda campaign to replace marriage-based society with a culture of sexual anarchy.

Even SCOTUS conceded! SCOTUS!
Marriage is not a Constitutional right! It is a privilege granted by the state through license. If it was a Constitutional right, I could marry my brother! I could marry three men. Etc...

Keep your armor tight people! It's going to be a bumpy ride.

Thank you. However, the largest text in my reply that you quoted is linked to its source. I didn't write that. I thought you were referring to my short remarks in that same post.
Oh, sorry I missed that. Thanks for letting me know. I do enjoy reading your comments. :)

Thank you.
I'll edit to make the linked source more bold.
You don’t need to do it on my account. I often scan comments, and sometimes I miss things. Scanning is a habit I developed while doing research on education reform. It usually works for me, but not always. :(

This is very sad. Do you suppose they even know WHY they want to do this?
I'd only be guessing however, with the publishing of their bible version in order to validate immoral sin, their agenda is to discredit the Christian faith.
Notice there isn't much if any news wherein the LGBTQ are as vigilant against the teachings of Islam?
You didn't hear their members call Muslim owned bakeries asking about creating a cake for a gay wedding, when Christian bakers were being targeted and sued for refusing the order.

Probably because taking on millions of Muslims knowing a so called small percentage commit acts of terror in protest of ideologies or activism that assails their faith, isn't a wise move. Plastic explosives tend to make people think twice about ticking off the people that employ that in protest.
Some say, only a small percentage of Muslims are terrorist, or radical. With a religious group numbering over 1 billion think of what number we're talking about when we accept only a small percentage, say 1 or 2 percent, act out through terrorism. :(

Please, it is no bother. I don't want anyone to misconstrue the post. I should have made it more obvious the body of the excerpt was just that from the beginning.
