Yes they have been banned. Unfortunitly they get in sometimes and we try to remove them as soon as possible. If any member ever gets something like that it is very helpful if you report the situation to staff ASAP with the log in name of the person that sent the PM or email. I saw whirlwinds post about this early but could not take action because I did not have a login name.
