As far as Trump, you are wrong on all counts as witnessed by everyone here on this forum. President Trump has excelled on every topic, that is the truth.

On the other hand the communist front (that is the democrats and worldwide communist initiative) has planned from the start to manipulate the Covid virus so as to kill as many people as possible. The cure was available within the first month. But they ran a worldwide campaign against the medicine that had been proven as a cure and safe to use. They advocated a shutdown, but after a whole year it has proven ineffective against the virus but very effective at destroying economies. This was the sit and stew approach to incubating the virus.

You say 1,000 a day are dying....the communists have no concern for people they would kill 10,000 if it accomplished the march to communism....1,000 people a day...number of babies murdered per day worldwide, 126,000. This sort of thing means nothing to communists.

So why would I assume that their current plan would be more beneficial or less deceptive? As they say, past performance is indicative of future performance.

I have nothing negative to say for those that choose to get the vaccine, but it should be an informed choice and of course a choice. People that are not healthy have different factors to consider. For the healthy, they have the choice of waiting a while and seeing how the various vaccines affect people. Which is my advice. Even if the vaccines work great, the elderly and the unhealthy and medical personnel should get it first.

You need to learn the language of the youth and speak Jesus to them.

Formalism is dead, completely. Emotionalism is our culture and politics. Jesus speaks powerfully here, but those who are a total mess inside have nothing, will be washed away, and rightly so.

It is right to have an army assault rifle to kill 30 people before they reach me. What? It is this kind of logic worked in the wild west, but not in the modern world of integrated society and care.

You have a God fearing society because people repent, not by voting in a president.
The problem with Sodom and Gomorrah was wealth and hedonism. Look around you.
The US culture was founded on struggle, poverty and conquering a harsh landscape.

What you have now is an overweight, self indulgent, lazy and self obsessed people who want to justify their own behaviour rather than clean it up, repent and walk in honesty and love.

The problem this generation have is the past does not hold a direction for our future. Formalism is just that, a shell into which to hide.
I went into a methodist church full of 70, 80 and 90 year olds singing old hymns from a past generation.
There were no young people, and the words spoke of conformity to a world that no longer exists. When these folk die there will be no church.

Within the constraints of this emotional expression of faith, it was great, except it did not understand the new generation of emotional and social integration, where sleeping with someone is just expressing your inner desires, and is as natural as eating.

I have spent my life understanding this divide, like night and day. One born out of poverty and struggle, the other out of excess and no trauma. Both are traps and have their dangers, but Jesus needs to be in both situations.

So this election is actually about these two worlds colliding. Climate change, the epidemic, open sharing from the heart, though distorted by sin and self interest, is one world, the other is loyalty to an ideal, keeping to the rules, following your position and feelings of belonging, called patriotism.

The problem with the social language is it is naive. Have many partners, but if you betray the love relationship, you are dirt. Emotional sensitivity to others feelings is one thing, but betrayal of trust, quite another. Biology works in us, how we bond, how we learn, how we obligate and build our emotional networks. That is our house, and if founded on Jesus, it will stand strong our whole lives. So go beyond the superficial aggressive language and you find the same failures, hurts, passions, that forever plague a sinful world and to which Jesus speaks.

Take a very modern dilemma. In south Korea the number of deaths exceeded the number of births for the first time. People do not want kids or can afford to have kids. But if we are to live to be 80+, we need kids, we need the generations, we need society. This is the challenge of this generation, and my kids are saying, kids, maybe in 10 years........ I wonder if you really conceive how much the world has moved ...... how the world now is not the one we grew up in, with half the worlds current population.

Do you see how a society allowed the opioid crisis to take place, let big pharma increase drug prices by 700%, bankrupted the health system?
Opportunity to develop is one thing, to reign in the exploiters another. The problem with too lax regulations and involvement, you allow modern technology to take over quicker than the social mechanisms capable of handling it.

Trump won through propoganda and targeted lying, playing on fears and conspiracy to gain votes and power.
Without facebook and targetting the vulnerable, he has to use tweets and conspiracy videos to inflate lies into story lines, which when examined have no foundation.

Regulation and control needs to be introduced to stop this level of exploitation, and to measure the benefit and cost of certain approaches.
Licensing maruanna is just one issue, doping 20% of the population on happy pills another.

In all honesty, how many here are taking happy pills daily?
Another measure would be how many have paranoid delusions or a history of this?

If the answer is those pushing conspiracy theories also fall heavily into this group of people, little wonder it all sounds plausible.
Some will say this is just an aggressive attack against them. With the best will in the world, their condition would say this, and secondly it is also true. I have spent literally years talking through paranoid inventions with people, for which such folk it is best to focus on the relationships they know and get benefit from, and let the rest of the world go by.

For me personally, I do not have happy pills, I am not a conspiracy follower, my love is in Jesus and I know how lost the world really is. Our light is to shine His love to others, not get too involved in the petty power struggles, and know the Kingdom will come to reign, Amen.
