And how many times have I gone back and read something I wrote last week, and groan, and edit, and hope not too many people saw how foolish I was being!

How many times have I noticed glaring typos in other peoples posts and just wanted to correct them. I don't though because there are glaring typos in my own posts.

How many times have I wished I could both study and use bigger vocabulary without coming off like some kind of egghead with a Rhodes scholar complex?
And I have to wonder, how many times have I felt very very small when someone comes back to my pedantry with graciousness, kindness, and something I didn't know before?
