4 mars i got a appointment with a psychaitric doctor.
Sounds like you have peace soon after seeing your doctor. I have schizophrenia and in the past suffered from anxiety and panic attacks and depression. I'm on a simple medication that alleviates all of that. I think you will get peace also. I will keep you in my prayers. Hang in there, God works thru doctors. And he's watching over you always and loves us all.

Your doctor will determine what medication will alleviate your symptoms. They're the only one qualified to make those decisions.

I had terrible emotional turmoil from my bipolar condition that plagued me before I got on medication, but now it's gone.

I can offer some self help that I learned from my psychologist that goes along with medication from your doctor if you want to describe your symptoms.

Also when will you see the psychiatrist. It sounds like you need to see them as soon as possible.

I also had memory problems from my schizophrenia causing wild thoughts. What I recommend for that is to begin writing things down to remember them. Make a list of things that must be done during the day, and check the list if you get confused. This all until you can be seen by a doctor.
