God made it all very good, including the ability to dance, play or listen to music, and to play games.
The problem is that we need to use them correctly. We need God's direction!

It depends on the type of dance, music and games, are they Godly or evil? There are dance, music and games in the bible that aren't evil.
2 Samuel 6:14
14 And David danced before the Lord with all his might; and David was girded with a linen ephod.
Colossians 3:16 - Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.
Games are the same, there are good and evil games, God doesn't have a problem with good games. But if you think about it the Apostles drawing straws for the 12th apostle is a type of game.
When what we do comes from God in us then it is OK. But... when we are young in the Lord or have not really met the Lord personally yet, not everything is evil. The intent of our heart is what God sees and judges.
When I was in secondary school [1957-1961] periodically they had square dances to help young people of both genders get to know each other. We would dance touching only slightly to help prepare us hopefully for something good later. This was secular, but ultimately it had a good purpose.
My wife and I every day at a certain time sit down a play card games [Phase 10] and "Scrabble" simply to enjoy each other's company. [We have been married 48 years]
Music that makes us think about God and things of God is good music. There may be other music that is OK, but the exact type will vary from person to person. Some music can be very bad, but be slow when you can about condemning. We need God's help.
There are no simple black and white lines that any man can draw that will fit everyone. What one person can do without harm or offence toward God, may be impossible for another person. The Bible gives us guidelines, but we need to encounter the Holy Spirit ourselves and be properly led always toward God. Even the Bible can be misused by people.
