It is 'Easter' again...

You have read of 'Easter' in the King James Authorized Version; you have not read it in a Greek Manuscript, have you?
What would you instead have read, had you read the Greek where you read 'easter' in KJ? You would have read, 'pascha'--'passover'.

A priori not the same, and so clearly visibly irreconcilable.
Please don't try etymological tricks, they're hackneyed, no, they're dead -- dead horses beaten dead by false prophets Labans. So they're actually dead donkeys. You want to pull the Gospel of Christ forward with one dead donkey just because you're too proud to admit the KJV 1611 is just human also just like me - and you, - are just human?

Where have all Sabbatharians gone? Elsewhere where they find our Lord's Resurrection no offensive cornerstone of His Sabbath.

Acts 12 - TYN Bible - Bible Study Tools
Tyndale Acts 12:4 Hyrode put Peter in the preson .. to be kepte entendynge after ester to brynge him forth to the people.
12 - Nestle 1904 Greek New Testament
Alright, Tyndale translated the word τὸ πάσχα with the ‘gentile’ word ‘ester’ / ‘Easter’. The etymology of the word was not Tyndale’s reason. He was wrong.
Tyndale obviously did not try to point out harmony or discord between something everybody of his time and language and Protestant persuasion called Easter and as a matter of course accepted was Biblical and Christian, and something else, which everybody ought to have known but did not know was pagan and not Biblical and against the Christian Faith. It was not Tyndale's purpose or intention and could not have been while he was like everybody else, oblivious to the true facts and implications of the case.
Would Tyndale have used the word for the Antichrist’s perverse celebration of the feast of Ishtar the pagan goddess, had he been aware of its true origins and nature? Never!
But the purpose with this discussion is the Pilgrimmer’s allegations contained in the quotation in #1 and the topic-heading to it.

Acts 27
9Now when much time (of the year) was spent,
and when sailing was now already dangerous,
because the FALL was now already past,
Paul admonished / warned them…
12And because the haven was not commodious
for to winter in,
the majority of them advised to depart thence also
if by any means because of Fall fast approaching end,
they might keep sailing as far as Phenice an (safe) haven of Crete.
FURTHER COMMENT SUPERFLUOUS, <easter> IS WRONG!

Jesus Is Buried

Christ died on the day of preparation for the Passover, i.e., Thursday, and was placed in the tomb before the Friday Passover began when the sun went down on the day of preparation for the Passover feast.

CGE:
Re: <Christ died on the day of preparation for the Passover>. . . Not <for>, but, "of". .

14 And it was the preparation of the passover

Re: <i.e., Thursday>. . . Correct, but, not <was placed in the tomb before the Friday Passover began when the sun went down on the day of preparation for the Passover feast>, but. . . Mark 15:42 Matthew 27:57 John 19:38 when the sun was down (after Abib 14 the day of "Preparation of the Passover ... they killed the passover on"), and in "That First Night" unleavened bread feast was supposed to be eaten, was taken down from the cross, and next daylight (Friday) "mid-afternoon (3PM) the Sabbath nearing" Luke 23:54 John 19:42, was placed in the tomb three hours before <the Friday Passover... feast> was over.

Big deal! So what? Who cares?

Jesus died for me... That is all that matters.
