Are you claiming that is there is salvation in the recognition of a creator God?
What do you mean "recognition of
a creator God"?
John 8:18 (KJV) I am one that bear witness of myself, and
the Father that sent me beareth witness of me.
John 10:30 (KJV) I and my Father are one.
1 John 5:7 (KJV) For there are
three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one.
Hebrews 4:2-3 (KJV) For unto us was the gospel preached, as well as unto them: but the word preached did not profit them, not being mixed with faith in them that heard
it. For we which have believed do enter into rest, as he said, As I have sworn in my wrath, if they shall enter into my rest: although
the works were finished from the foundation of the world.
Revelation 13:8 (KJV) And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of
the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.
Revelation 17:8 (KJV) The beast that thou sawest was, and is not; and shall ascend out of the bottomless pit, and go into perdition: and
they that dwell on the earth shall wonder, whose names were not written in the book of life from the foundation of the world, when they behold the beast that was, and is not, and yet is.
Hebrews 11:1-10 (KJV) Now
faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. For by it the elders obtained a good report.
Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear.
By faith Abel offered unto God a more excellent sacrifice than Cain, by which he obtained witness that he was righteous, God testifying of his gifts: and by it he being dead yet speaketh.
By faith Enoch was translated that he should not see death; and was not found, because God had translated him: for before his translation he had this testimony, that he pleased God. But
without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him. By
faith Noah, being warned of God of things not seen as yet, moved with fear, prepared an ark to the saving of his house; by the which he condemned the world, and became heir of the righteousness which is by faith. By faith Abraham, when he was called to go out into a place which he should after receive for an inheritance, obeyed; and he went out, not knowing whither he went. By faith he sojourned in the land of promise, as in a strange country, dwelling in tabernacles with Isaac and Jacob, the heirs with him of the same promise: For he looked for a city which hath foundations, whose builder and maker
is God.
Salvation is not by recognizing "a" creator God! Salvation comes by grace through FAITH! None of the Old Covenant faithful saints recognized a creator God! They had knowledge of God THE Creator and believed in Him through His Spirit. The Old Covenant faithful saints by grace received faith through the power of God's Word and Spirit in the same way we, who live after the cross also by grace receive faith through the power of the gospel proclaimed (His Word) and His Spirit in us.
1 John 4:13-14 (KJV) Hereby
know we that we dwell in him, and he in us, because he hath given us of his Spirit. And we have seen and do testify that
the Father sent the Son to be the Saviour of the world.
The Spirit of God has always dwelt with all who believe on Him. Because it is through His Spirit that we are quickened (made spiritually alive) by grace. The flesh profits nothing.
John 14:17 (KJV) Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him;
for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you.
John 6:63 (KJV) It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life.
