LOVE-1. a profoundly tender, passionate affection for another person. 2. a feeling of warm personal attachment or deep affection, as for a parent, child, or friend. 3. sexual passion or desire. 4. a person toward whom love is felt; beloved person; sweetheart. True Love an attribute of Christ. Love is such a powerful and astounding force I would like to take time to discuss this thing called "Love". Love brings happiness as some would say, the pursuit of happiness often results in love, it did for me.My Philosophy of True LoveLove is one thing but what of true love? Now what on earth is that like? it is often mentioned but a road less traveled a path not well known to all but a desire for every lost soul. True Love is like this a heart wants love more than anything(baby's die without love literally) and a soul wants freedom more than anything(people die for freedom literally). Of course you have seen or heard of the movie Braveheart? Well when I saw this movie at 16 it changed my life, I did anything to keep my freedom I burst into rebellion no matter the cost house, job, car, family, me freedom was first place in my life. I realize now it was actually sinful rebellion but once I learned this the hard way it was already gone when I was in jail and then back again. So my point is this once I put two and two together I came up with this freedom+love=True Love+True Freedom=God's Love. I discovered the hard way of course but a love that grants freedom is equal to true love or Great Love or Agape LoveAGAPE-the love of Christians for other persons, corresponding to the love of God for humankind. Christianity Love as revealed in Jesus, seen as spiritual and selfless and a model for humanity. Incredible huh? Now I am going somewhere with this so please follow closely. I don't think there is a better definition of Great Love (Agape) than through Yashua the Christ at which I am eternally grateful! This is how it is defined by dictionary.com now that's got to say something! The legalistics were so bad in Yashua's Day they thought Man was made for the Sabbath which really the Sabbath was made for Man. The letter of the law versus the spirit of the law is an idiomatic antithesis. When one obeys the letter of the law but not the spirit, he is obeying the literal interpretation of the words (the "letter") of the law, but not the intent of those who wrote the law. Let me illustrate this is keeping the spirit of the Law..To obey God in Love because of his Love for Love of the Lord. That my friends' is selfless! Now that we have layed the foundation let us move on to the creation of pure love in human form...Yashua the Promised Messiah.The Nativity StoryWe all know the story of baby Jesus in a manger but this I pray is the another side of that great story less told. The future after when the Son of Man came home. Our savior is in heaven so let us seek the Truth, the Way, and the Life. Agape Love was the Great Love of Yashua Christ. Love was born away in a manger God's own Son sent to earth as a stranger they brought gifts of incense, myrrh, and gold at his brith and bowed low to pay homage to the newborn king. A star in the east led the wise Magi to his tiny feet they weeped at the prophecy's heartbeat. He was alive! the word he hid inside was God's Holy Fire. When he was only a child he bewildered their denial as he spoke the Word of God. The Love grew up and became a Man and made a stand he was extreme and free. Lord of the Sabbath he was he made mud with his hands and they called him a sinner but he didn't break sabbath to make mud he made mud to heal blindness and helped define it. He loved the poor and the sinner but rebuked the stubborn righteous pharisee and saducee and called them blind guides because they plotted his death and broke the law themselves. It was lack of love if they hadn't failed to see the love that surrounds they would have found their awaited Messiah in the crowd. He sat and ate with the tax collector and prostitute, love had a meal call the Last Supper. He didn't condemn the sinner but loved the sinner instead. He didn't oppress the poor and hungry but feed the 5,000 and taught freedom from bondage. He gave his life freely for Love, he died on the cross for us and took nails in his hands to show us what real love looks like what it feels like and what it sounds like.It sounds like this John 3:16 16"For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son,[a] that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.It feels like this 1 John 4:18There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear, because fear has to do with punishment. The one who fears is not made perfect in love. It looks like this Luke 2:16 16So they hurried off and found Mary and Joseph, and the baby, who was lying in the manger.The Lord has risen from the grave he conquered death, overcame hell, gave a sinless life for a sinful world, had had love from above and sits at the right hand of God awaiting his return to the earth again. I was born again on Good Friday 07 and was addicted to drugs 7yrs, 7yrs in full-fledged sin, ran away 7 times, the number 7 in the Bible means completion. I have come home running. Here's my confession as a wrecthed sinner. One reason I was born again was because I imagined myself being sent to hell as worth it to have fun.
