Jesus paid for the sins of Judas. He was a crook, who wanted money for himself. Only to feel sorry afterwards bringing back the money. Then he killed himself. In my own line of though Yahavah doesn't stop calling people to himself even in the afterlife, though they may be out in the darkness.
