MATTHEW 28 IS IT OUR COMMISSION?

The book of Acts is a book of Christians converting others: its also referred to as the book of conversions. One converts by spreading the gospel and teaching which is a Christian's obligation that God has left up to man to do. Yes, God changes hearts and ultimately convinces, but its by our...

Infant Baptism is not given in scripture.

You are distorting acts 2:39. And infants have no ability to do anything nor can someone believe for them, which inch is NOT what Acts 2:39 means

Infant Baptism is not given in scripture.

Paradise IS the 3rd heaven 2 Cor 12 2I knew a man in Christ above fourteen years ago, (whether in the body, I cannot tell; or whether out of the body, I cannot tell: God knoweth;) such an one caught up to the third heaven. 3And I knew such a man, (whether in the body, or out of the body, I...

Infant Baptism is not given in scripture.

They've not committed sin, so salvation is a non issue. And you're right. Infants can't believe: and baptism saves the sinner from past sins committed.

Infant Baptism is not given in scripture.

2000 yrs of so-called Christian teaching should tell you all you need to know. The church was going astray as early as the letters of the NT and if you read the 1st 3 chapters of revelation you can see it didn't get any better. So, add your 2000 years of man made up contrary sctitural doctrine...

MATTHEW 28 IS IT OUR COMMISSION?

It's obvious it was not directed to us, HOWEVER, it is a Christian's obligation to convert as well. So, there is a secondary application to us today. And note, the entirety of the bible was not written or addressed directly to us today. Are we not to believe in the Lord?

Infant Baptism is not given in scripture.

Can any infsnt believe? Can someone else believe for another infant? Has an infant committed a transgression? Can any infant repent? Can any infant confess? Mk16:15-16 15And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. 16He that believeth and is...

    JOHN 9:22 WHO MUST CONFESS?

Yes, and that's what the Ethiopian eunuch did in Acts 8, but more was yet required. Confession with mouth mouth is not all, just one of the necessary elements to be saved

Infant Baptism is not given in scripture.

    You make no sense.

Infant Baptism is not given in scripture.

The words say what they say. I don't try to alter the words to agree with my beliefs, but rather the exact opposite. My beliefs are based on the words regardless where they may lead. Simple question for you: Do you believe baptism saves us as Peter clearly said or not? That's what he said. You...

Infant Baptism is not given in scripture.

You use a lot of words to explain nothing. Water baptism has nothing to do with removal of dirt from the flesh: that's as silly as the argument you continually make. "BAPTISM DOTH NOW SAVE US". You cannot explain away the simplicity of these words.

Infant Baptism is not given in scripture.

The "keep reading" part does not nullify or negate the preceeding words, it simply further explains them and the Godly logic, but, the following words as stated, does NOT nullify ir negate them. I suggest you simply read the very clear words and embrace them for what they say. "BAPTISM DOTH NOW...

Infant Baptism is not given in scripture.

It says in plain English "BAPTISM DOTH NOW SAVE US". Can you read and understand? Evidently not.

    Why faith alone? The answer...

So you have an automatic free pass of salvation going forward no matter what, right? Is that your belief, kinda like the Biden pardons for his family for future illegal things they may do; they're automatically pardoned in advance, eh? So, would the future backside be pardoned, one that was a...

    Why faith alone? The answer...

There is a difference between continually and continuously. The scripture 1John 1, infers infers that the blood of Christ continually cleanses us. We're saved from our past sins at the time of our immersion into Christ, but that saving does not automatically, continously, save us going forward...

    Why faith alone? The answer...

That's exactly what you're initially saved from. Further sinning requires repentance and prayer for forgiveness.

When one is saved, it's from past sins
