The Myth of saying that Jesus Christ died for all men without exception !

Not without the regenerating power of God for belief. Nope. We're all goats. There are some that God was pleased to make His sheep. Only the SHEEP... HIS SHEEP hear his voice. And He knows only them. And only they will follow the Good Shepherd.

    Dispensational problems

Revelation. Your.... we're talking about the book of revelation right?? Revelation 1:1. I kinda quoted it. Too many people dive into the symbology saying it means this and that... and never bother to even read the first verse.

Were the 10 Commandments Written to us? Exodus 20 / Leviticus 26

I am indeed very thankful! I do my best to show this thankfulness by living a life as Christ would want me to... by observing ALL his commands to the best of my ability. That includes the 10 commandments. Jesus, being God, is the author of these commands. He finds them very good and a perfect...

    Dispensational problems

And Christ also said "this generation shall not pass." And by 70AD... that generation he was speaking to still had not passed. They are all well past dead today, much less in the future

    Dispensational problems

Well, ig we have differing views. Why do you think does the first few verses of chapter 1 say multiple times "all this must happen soon"?

    Dispensational problems

Just my 2 cents. I believe a large amount of Revelation has been fulfilled in 70AD. It was largely alligorical for the 'tribulation' coming to the church of that era. HOWEVER There are still parts of the book to be fulfilled i.e. Christ returning physically in His glory. That has not...

Were the 10 Commandments Written to us? Exodus 20 / Leviticus 26

Christ said not one jot or tittle had passed away until ALL things are fulfilled. The law reflects Christ's character, and since we are to be little Christ's, that means we must reflect the moral character described in th law.

Were the 10 Commandments Written to us? Exodus 20 / Leviticus 26

All Scripture is given by God, and is profitable for doctrine, reproof, correction, and instruction in righteousness.

Why Do Jehovah's Witnesses Reject Blood Transfusions?

This sacrificial has not been broken; its debt has been settled! It has been fulfilled!! 'It is finished!' Well said!!!

Why Do Jehovah's Witnesses Reject Blood Transfusions?

The power of the church is how well learned the laymen make themselves in the things of the Scripture. It is the lawyer and farmer and cashier and brick-layer who are absolutely in love with the word and study it as often as they can- THEY are the true strength to the Church! Amen!

Why Do Jehovah's Witnesses Reject Blood Transfusions?

The Law of God is to be followed today, make no mistake. Antinomianism is NOT taught in the Scriptures. HOWEVER. Meritous keeping of the law is also a big NO in the Bible. The law serves to reflect the character of God. It is His own representation of who He is to mankind. We can't and won't...

Why Do Jehovah's Witnesses Reject Blood Transfusions?

Yes! The law serves to show us God's perfect character; to keep I think is impossible for all but Christ. Instead, we should strive to use this law to become more like Him!!

Why Do Jehovah's Witnesses Reject Blood Transfusions?

I agree; I would add that one of the only remaining benefits of the OT covenants are 1.) the NT covenant is the same covenant as the OT covenant, just 'updated', and the obligatory parts (i.e. Sacrifices) have been perfectly fulfilled in Christ. However, by studying the OT covenant, we can...

    Sola Scriptura 2

You cannot read anything without seeing it through a personal tint of sorts: your life story is different than mine, and thus your experiences will influence what you read. You can't just "read". We're always inferring, always interpreting, because to read without interpretation is impossible...

The Myth of saying that Jesus Christ died for all men without exception !

Hello! Excellent questions! I For God so loved the WORLD (Greek Cosmos. His creation. We are told that all of creation groans, waiting to be delivered from the burden of sin. The father will not allow his once perfect creation remain fallen. He will fix what has been broken.) that he gave his...

The Myth of saying that Jesus Christ died for all men without exception !

I'm not playing games. I do not understand in totality COMPLETELY Christ's blood sacrifice; however I am I have been made fully aware of (it has most certainly been hammered home in my heart) the magnitude of Christ's sacrifice. Which is why I refuse to believe The Father drew even one drop of...

The Myth of saying that Jesus Christ died for all men without exception !

Fully comprehending the magnitude of his bloodshed? Yes. Not TOTALLY though. If you're gonna use big words, know what they mean

The Myth of saying that Jesus Christ died for all men without exception !

Oh I fully comprehend the magnitude of the immensity of Christ's sacrifice - so much so that I cannot believe that the Father applied to Christ unnecessary stripes upon his back, or made Him bleed one drop of powerless blood, nor make his condescension any more demeaning than absolutely...

The Myth of saying that Jesus Christ died for all men without exception !

Absolutely!! I do love reading books about God and His mercy! I feel like many people get so caught up in election and predestination (both of which are very vital doctrines) that they totally forget about covenant theology, which is THE vital heartbeat of any reformed (Calvinistic)...
