In a way I am and I honestly hope that this is what helps me finally trust him. However that is going to require confirmation. There is very little God could do for me on earth at this point and it is completely unlikely he will do any of those things while I am here on earth.

While I like it when clergy are down to earth, approachable and sometimes worldly in all the right ways, I feel like religion should be treated with seriousness. Nothing wrong with maybe a bit of humor here and there but clergy should not turn sermons into their own stand up one man shows.
