    THE CHURCH

@Berean Church (Hebrew/Greek, qahel/ekklesia) is actually an Old Testament term that means an organized (qahal) congregation (Hebrew/Greek, eda/synagogue). So the collective body of believers does not qualify as the Church on its own. It must be organized under the structure of apostles...

How to be : Sinless Forever

We're born again by faith, but to remain in Christ is by obedience to Jesus' commandments. You're not acknowledging the scriptures. If you won't acknowledge what Jesus said, then you don't really believe in him. You just believe your own ideas about him. Stop relying on your own understanding.

How to be : Sinless Forever

We must have faith in Christ with a living faith. That means obedience is necessary, otherwise faith is dead. This is possible because we have the Holy Spirit. If we're walking by the Spirit, it's not faith in self.

How to be : Sinless Forever

Read John 15. There is only one way to remain in Christ, and there is no salvation outside of him. Like you said, THINK. [Jhn 15:2, 6, 10 NASB95] 2 "Every branch in Me that does not bear fruit, He takes away; and every [branch] that bears fruit, He prunes it so that it may bear more fruit. ...

It's just a matter of loving one another. We have the Holy Spirit to cut us free from sin and allow us to walk in obedience (Romans...

How to be : Sinless Forever

We're definitely not under the Law of Moses, having died to the Law through our baptism into the death and resurrection of Christ. Nevertheless, we definitely have the Law of Christ to obey in the Spirit, and it comes with a simple commandment which is not burdensome. [1Jo 3:23 NASB95] 23 This...

For all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God...

Do not confuse our past, uncovenanted state with the born-again life. We have all sinned, but Jesus delivers believers from the bondage of sin and gives us the Holy Spirit so that we may indefinitely cease from sin through obedience to his commandments (Rom 6-8, John 15). If we do sin, we may...
