    Is this a good idea or a bad one? On the one hand, maybe some of the people I come into contact with really need to hear that Jesus loves them. Maybe that could even plant a seed that grows into true faith down the line. OTOH, if people are told that Jesus loves them, they may think God doesn't...

    The fact that it repeatedly says "1000 years" is a good enough reason to interpret it literally.

    But then the rapture happens according to you. So why go to the trouble of moving out of Jerusalem if they are just going to be raptured anyway?
