It’s not prideful to put one’s trust in God, first, faithfully. May people be encouraged to keep seeking him, and may he reward you (spiritually.)

    Self-denial

And whats interesting about all this, while it sucks his mother has passed away. What follows suit within the American construct, if a person didn't have life insurance? The family is expected to put up money for the burial, pay for any debts that were not paid off; making a person face x10...

    Self-denial

Hey here is a scripture of what I think involves Gods will for people in their life. Even though we will have ups and downs. My friends mom just died yesterday. “Dear brothers and sisters, honor those who are your leaders in the Lord’s work. They work hard among you and give you spiritual...

    Self-denial

hey @Lambano? Reading the Bible is a hard thing to do. I told Tammy that the other week. Anyone who says it’s easy is a liar. I’ve heard of people just flipping to a certain section of the book to reading a little and say that’s all they need. Anyway what is all your saying total up for you...

The world has been “made right” in front of God.

I don’t think it’s good to sin. Though we do, it’s not good to practice it. Abide in Jesus, and the holy spiti will help in the weakness we have.

The Wild Wild East (Leaders decide it’s time to Kill Jesus)

After Jesus speaks concerning what the final judgement would be like when the Son of man has came to get his bride at the end of the age, the leading priest and elders suggest it’s time to kill Jesus.

    Why trust the "Early Fathers?"

I was baptized three times as a growing teenager. It was all to save myself from hell. I didn’t really know Jesus… or God, and I grew afterward to hate them. In the end at the age of 26 I decided there was a huge hole in my own heart and I started seeking out to learn who Jesus was. I was a...

    Why trust the "Early Fathers?"

Cool @RedFan, I must just differ. It must be due to years of having read the Bible and plus being taught it verse by verse and just readily reminded of what has been known to me. While little infants can’t do much. And if one died at the early stages of life I assume the infant would go on to...

    Why trust the "Early Fathers?"

When I think about it, wasn’t the earliest followers of Jesus the ones in the Bible, who seen him when he resurrected? There has to be something to that, wouldn’t there be? Anyway yall have a good night.

    Blessed (Happy) Are: Beatitudes

Let me ask you a question, would you say that actually going and reading the Bible would bring a person together with Christ more than randomly being on a beach blvd, with a megaphone screaming believe in Jesus and say this one prayer? Which one do you think would be more progressive. I’ve...

    Why trust the "Early Fathers?"

I don’t know. Let me ask you this question. If it gets people away from actually reading the Bible and only reading their work though wouldn’t that be a problematic? In my opinion people don’t really read the Bible that much. It seems to be a real rarity.

Does the trinity make people right with God?

@Behold, there is a lot the Bible says my friend. To much so that we can barely hold 10,000 characters in a single post. Anyway dude, you have good night. Peace.

Does the trinity make people right with God?

Thanks man, and that’s why we do what we do. Hopefully for good of God and loving him God will bring all matters to work out for his goodness. I don’t see you as an enemy, just another person who wants to work for God and there is nothing wrong with that, there are many parts of the body of...

Does the trinity make people right with God?

This thread will soon be closed. I hope I never make another thread concerning this topic ever again. Unless it’s a YouTube video, but idk Bout that either. It’s the most debated, depressing topic ever in my opinion.

Does the trinity make people right with God?

This thread is not about your differences in what you see in the Bible concerning the end times. The thread is about “does the trinity make you right with God.” The answer is simply no. Faith in God who raised his son up from the dead by the Holy Spirit is the start in which makes a person...

Does the trinity make people right with God?

I have a huge problem with anyone trying to correct me in all honesty. I have trauma from my mother that made me this way. Still a work in progress though. And sure @Behold. I’m going back to just ignoring all of you. It’s better for me to in my life. It doesn’t mean I hate you or don’t...

Does the trinity make people right with God?

I don’t have any feelings toward you. Love doesn’t involve feelings. Love is patient, love kind, love in not boastful, love desire when truth wins out, etc… I can only handle so much. I’m human. You think I need to be corrected and stuff and that’s the problem. A big problem. With me...

Does the trinity make people right with God?

Hello @David in NJ, It’s the same thing with Behold and Amigo. I don’t hate none of you. It’s just this weird dynamic between all us. I’m the only person here who believes Jesus has returned. And it’s just simply the way you address and try to talk to me that always puts me off from even...

Does the trinity make people right with God?

@amigo de christo, I do love you… it’s just some people I can’t handle so as you know, sometimes we just gotta give them to God. We have had issues in the past. I don’t hate you, it’s just your simply not my dad. You’ve always treated me like I’m some kid, and I’m always wrong. Who wants to talk...
