That is not where our spirits come from. Our spirits come from God. He doesn't give us dead spirits.

That is 1 Corinthians 15:22. And that is speaking of physical death and then the resurrection at the end of the age when Christ returns. That's nuts and it presents God as some ogre since He knows and did from before the world began that only a few would believe.

That is speaking of physical death. We all die, but not because Adam sinned. Even Adam didn't die because he sinned, at least not directly.
