The pharisees did the same. They would write theology based on their interpretation of scripture. Nothing wrong with that. But over time the theology become scripture. And that's placing man's opinion on the same level as the word of the Most High.

Trinity didn't begin for 400 years after Jesus. And they didn't complete it for another 200 years. That's 600 years after Jesus

i really dont know, i am not an expert on Eusebius. unlike you, i do not to know it all. what i do know was the quote by him was just one thing of a long list of facts. i think thats something to question and not sweep under the rug.
