Why do some people not like the idea of Once saved, always saved? There is just no verse in the bible that states - once you are saved, you are always saved.

Sure, who would want people to be abused by a cult. A cult normally has a leader, and you obey him, or her, or get beat, or abused, or something disciplinary happens. That is not right, and sure people get caught up within them, and still do even today.

It is not amazing, that people of faith will criticize others just because they may be Muslim or Buddhist or whatever. Who could ever tell if they did choose to look towards God who created them, and they were of faith and did love, despite them not having grown up as a Christian.

Human beings can produce righteousness when they, from their heart believe in faith towards God.
