Here we go, salvation by works! The apostle James based his words on the principle, we don't work to get saved, we work because we are saved. In other words, James is saying that our works prove our salvation.

Hold on there Jim! The body of Christ is every believer in this world that is in Christ through His shed Blood. They are the True Church. Then there are those who have departed from the Cross and the Blood that saves calling themselves the Church. Apostates they are, and whom I am referring.

That's exactly what it is, well put! That's what they were taught, maybe from a child, or maybe a short time ago, but they believe it. They have not studied the scripture enough to see God's redemption plan for themselves. They are following what they have been told and it is a lie.

Salvation comes from the heart, that is the key to knowing how salvation takes place when we believe. Of course we know we are saved by grace through faith, but salvation does not take place in water or our good works, it comes by faith from the heart.

Those verses tells you no works are involved in salvation. The verses I gave tells you HOW you are saved.
