LOL...you really have no clue, do you. The anti-missions movement was one result of hyper-Calvinism. The issue was not only in England (R.B.C. Howell combated it here). Calvin and Beza held the traditional Calvinistic view (supralapsarianism). The anti-missions movement was largely reactionary.

No Calvinist here has been able to defend their view with Scripture (with what is written). All we get is "that's not how good theology is done". The Calvinists here have only succeeded in regurgitating their same worn out theology and unrelated passages in an attempt to conceal their inability.

No. "Hades" refers to the grave (where both the righteous and wicked went). The "lake of fire" is different (what Scripture refers to as the "second death").
