Sharing Deep Personal Sins in a Group Session

So it may seem, but praying for one another is a charitable act where your right hand should not know what the left is doing. Matthew 6:3-4.

Sharing Deep Personal Sins in a Group Session

Yes, "confessing your sins to one another" means rather to confess to those you have sinned against, not to publicly.

    My Testimony

Good question! I hadn't given it much thought, but considered that it had just been a long time that we have had limited or no access to God. But water is often synonymous in the scriptures with the spirit...the waters below and above the firmament, etc. But ice at least suggests a solid...

    Being attacked.

Welcome Des' God is good--you are in good hands! It is important to say it--to state your position to God, that you want to be under His care 100%, that you are committed, and that you want His help in navigating this new course as one in His hands. Tell Him--"I'm Yours--please help me." Then...

The Date of the Lord delivering Israel.

That means God's work with Israel is "finished." But I am not sure what you are saying about "NO Body of Christ." It is the Church that is the body of Christ, as He gave it to them/us saying, "Take, eat, this is My body." Then Paul confirmed, saying, "Now you are the body of Christ, and members...

The Date of the Lord delivering Israel.

It is WAY simpler than all that. Jesus himself gave a clear answer: But He answered and said, “I was not sent except to the lost sheep of the house of Israel.” Matthew 15:24 ..and: So when Jesus had received the sour wine, He said, “It is finished!” And bowing His head, He gave up His...

Dreams visions from GOD, how do you know that ?

You are basing your reason on your own interpretation of the Bible, that is "leaning on your own understanding." Meaning your method itself is not biblical. Men are not to confirm what is true from God or not (making themselves out to be God), but the Spirit.

Dreams visions from GOD, how do you know that ?

I explained the "how did you KNOW" part above--no need to repeat it. But if you would like to read a brief explanation of the experience, you can see it here on the forum: My Testimony.

Dreams visions from GOD, how do you know that ?

Anch' This is one of those "which is greater" topics that Jesus established as His own test (Matthew 23:13-36). In other words, Which is greater the Bible or the Spirit who inspired it? The point being, by staying safely within the scriptures, we should be mindful to "Quench not the Spirit."...

Dreams visions from GOD, how do you know that ?

I answer as one with experience and who knows by God's confirmation. There are many spirits, but only One is the spirit of God. I was "caught up to the third heaven and heard words unlawful to utter." Which came before I even knew there was a god or God. But He who guides the steps of men, who...

And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in all the world as a witness to all the nations, and then the end will come.

Surely life has such moments--which we should take as a warning of that greater wake up moment to come when we stand fully naked before God.

    Time, Revealer Of Truth

The same measure that tests all people also brings forth all generations wherein the same measure is given to as many generations. It is amazing that nothing is new under the sun...even while God has added "here a little there a little" contributing more and more as time goes on. Still, it is...

And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in all the world as a witness to all the nations, and then the end will come.

It is evident even here that many (most) have misunderstood these above passages. One could pick each interpretation apart...we see that happening here daily too. But there is only one interpretation that holds up, and it is also evident that most don't want to hear it. Unfortunately. To begin...

What exactly is ''resting'' on the Sabbath as to keeping it 'Holy'?

Yes it is good to clarify that some of that generation of Israel (Jews) did indeed take part in the firstfruits of the Spirit following Christ. Likewise, some gentiles were also included in the commandment to keep the Sabbath holy in practice (also as "a light unto the gentiles"). However, as...

Jesus said “No man can come to me, except the Father that sent me draw him.”

That is not exactly my witness and testimony. To be clear. Jesus is God. One drawn by God is drawn by Jesus. One drawn by Jesus whom is God, if they believe and choose knowing or not knowing the name of Jesus is not exempt from the salvation draw and call of God. I came to know Jesus by name...

Jesus said “No man can come to me, except the Father that sent me draw him.”

Jesus is indeed the focus and the God-given answer to the great question presented to all who are born. However, I want to take a moment to give witness to the same thing occurring at the most basic level, even without knowledge of Jesus, the kind that Paul said leaves no excuse even to those...

    KJV goof ups

Good point! But even so, the translators have presumed to add where God did not, nor did He need to, for the overall passage is already about people. Thus, inserting gender into the passage where it was not, does two things: It shows us that men are prone to see things their own way and even...

    KJV goof ups

In Luke 17:36 the word "men" is actually not in the KJV, thus italicized (yet it is in the NKJV). But what about verse 35, any footnotes on it? Because the word "women" is not in that verse either, leaving no notation of gender except by translation or assumption, meaning conjecture. But with...
