Should we as Christians support the State of Israel ?

Romans 6:23, eternal life is a "gift". No torment involved. You've been misled by false religion's lies. "Get out of her, My people!" - Rev. 18;4 if you think the fire is literal, then tell me: Why is death cast into it? Revelation 20:13,14

Hey, you should meet @Jack !

    Can LGBTQ individuals be saved?

I try very hard not to. But I am imperfect. I certainly don't make a practice of wicked behavior. How would you know I was honest? Why would you trust my answer?

Who were the “brothers” of Jesus?

That's true, it can at times. But in this instance? Not according to the context..... The account at Matthew 13:55 mentions Jesus' mother and brothers, together. Verses 54-57 says those He was teaching, "were astonished....they began to find cause for stumbling." Ask yourself: Why? Because...

Should we as Christians support the State of Israel ?

My cousin, why are you so antagonistic? My "ignorance"? My "kind"? I "have the spirit of [an] antichrist"? You paint with broad strokes, making wild accusations. On top of this, you didn't answer my questions.

Who were the “brothers” of Jesus?

@Soul.og , Wrangler pointed it out clearly... The problem is, my friend, that you have an agenda. And you're letting it cloud your reasoning on a very clear-cut passage.

    Can LGBTQ individuals be saved?

Why would you say this? (Sounds as if you are upset with me). Your statement is a straw man. There's a BIG difference between 'practicing' bad things (as in part of one's lifestyle), and occasionally giving in to a weakness, don't you think?

    Can LGBTQ individuals be saved?

This thinking is wrong! Once a person stops their bad practices, they can be forgiven. 1 Corinthians 6:9-11.

Should we as Christians support the State of Israel ?

So, In John 17, Jesus was praying to Himself? When he was dying and he said, "My God, my God, why have you forsaken me", he had forsaken Himself? Just a brief perusal through the gospels will reveal that such a statement borders on the ridiculous

Should we as Christians support the State of Israel ?

This, I believe, is at the heart of the issue.... Maybe some will get the point, Thanks!

Should we as Christians support the State of Israel ?

Maybe they aren't 'thinking like Christ.' (Does this include you?) At John 18:36, Jesus said, "My Kingdom is no part of this world. If my kingdom were part of this world, my attendants would have fought that I should not be delivered up to the Jews. But as it is my kingdom is not from this...

Can One Be Christian and Not Believe In The Trinity?

I was only responding to your statement: "Jesus Christ , the Son of God is our savior and we follow Him and keep His commandments as told to us in the New Testament . That should cover it ." And I completely agree! We must believe and accept that Jesus is our Savior, sent by God, His Father...

Do you like, dislike, or are neutral on Israel?

"First Caesar, Then God"!?! Jesus didn't say that! If anything, its God first. At Acts 5:29, "Peter and the other Apostles said, "We must obey God as ruler rather than men."" I don't even know what this means. I know those who justify being disobedient, are on the "road to destruction." --...

Should we as Christians support the State of Israel ?

So, if some here don't support the State of Israel, that's the same as 'Hating Jews'?

Do you like, dislike, or are neutral on Israel?

Yes we are. But you approve of killing. Man, you play both ends against the middle, don't you!

Can One Be Christian and Not Believe In The Trinity?

Hi. I'm glad that you posted this, but I have to ask.... Do you really believe that the mainstream religions of Christendom have 'kept Jesus' commandments'? What about Jesus' command to "love one another"? John 13:34,35; John 15:17 For the most part, Christendom has joined the world and fought...

    Oh brother

Well you see this is the future awaiting mankind! Once those issues that were raised in the Garden of Eden are settled, God will begin ruling over the entire Earth, through His Kingdom in the hands of Christ as its King. (Mathew 6:9,10) The Resurrection is only one of the blessings. And here's...

Why doesn't your "whole Bible view" include Universalism?

That is what the Fire, means! You throw something into a fire, it is "no more" ; it is gone forever. That is why Revelation 20:13,14 says that death is hurled into the Lake of Fire. Now you can't literally burn death (so it's not a literal fire it's symbolic). But God can make death be gone...

    Oh brother

Consider this scenario: let's just say like everyone else, you die, without accepting Jesus' ransom sacrifice. But then, in the future, you are brought back to life by Jesus (given a second chance). You also see your parents, grandparents, and their parents. Everyone living in peace, with all...

    Oh brother

That would be apostate Christendom. Unfortunately, that is the majority. But those who are obedient to Christ, don't get involved in the world's conflicts. -- John 15:18,19; James 1:27; 4:4; Matthew 5:44 There are only two outcomes for everyone; either life, or death. No torment.... that is a...
