If you found you were in the wrong faith, would you change?

God is the Judge, not me. I just urge people to follow Him the best I can. And anyways my comment was more speaking against the position that I see so commonly that “X denomination is damned” or”you must believe as I do or you are damned”.

    Does God Have Feelings?

    Oh course!

If you found you were in the wrong faith, would you change?

Agreed. Christ looks on the heart, not the label on the pew.

There is a reason why God made us.

Men are that they might have joy. Also bringing joy and glory to God.

    Are Muslims Allowed Here?

This is a multi-denominational site. Every person has a right to be here. And no one is being sneaky about it.

    Are Muslims Allowed Here?

It’s not ran by JW. That comment was made by a person new to the forum and was surprised by the fact that there are multiple JW persons on here because one of the first threads he went to was a “is Jesus the Son of God” one.

is doing sexual things with a boyfriend/girlfriend sin...

I’m sorry if I offended- that was not my intention. Of course you don’t need to justify yourself to me. I was also just stating my beliefs and understanding ( and lack thereof).

is doing sexual things with a boyfriend/girlfriend sin...

By saying “I do” I mean to actually get married. Then move in together, have sex, and live as a committed couple. I know it’s very common today for people to say “I’m committed to my boyfriend “, and live together like a married couple without actually getting married. I have many close...

is doing sexual things with a boyfriend/girlfriend sin...

For me, I just don’t understand the saying “we are committed” but not refusing to say “I do”. If you are truly commited, why do you not say “I do”? Why are you holding back? Especially for Christians.

is doing sexual things with a boyfriend/girlfriend sin...

I would point out that the act of actually saying “yes we are committed” and showing that commitment by saying “I do” getting married is important. I see too many couples that live together and say that they are committed, but shy away from marriage because “well you never know..”.

    "The word was a god"?

Thank you, these questions/answers really help me understand your perspective. For me, godliness/divinity isn't about how old a person is but rather how they are -- their goodness, love, grace, mercy, justice, etc. The Father is divine- He is perfect in all those ways, He is God. The Son is...

    "The word was a god"?

Do you believe Christ didn’t exist before being born of Mary?

    "The word was a god"?

...I"m still not understanding. Maybe a different angle will help. In your belief, how is Christ alike & different than the Father? In your belief, how is Christ alike & different than you? If you want i can post my answer to those same questions.

    "The word was a god"?

I’m still not understanding how you are defining a divine (meaning “Godly”) person as not “God”. again: obviously the Father and Son are two different people.

People can play translation games for about any interpretation of anything.

    A Curious Question For Non-Trinitarians

The water analogy is actually modalism: wherein 1 person has 3 different roles.

    Questions For JW's

I’m stating that your methods here are not productive. You’re not asking because you respect JW people or beleifs, or want to sincerely learn about them. You’re asking because you want to (in your perspective) prove them wrong and prove your views right. And yes, you can have the slug down, but...

    Questions For JW's

As I stated earlier: I’m not a JW and passionately disagree with JW theology and culture. very passionately. However, your methods here aren’t going to change any JW hearts. If you yourself are looking to better understand God’s Truth, I would refer you to Gods words in scripture and prayer...
